I stayed this time in the Room for DISABLED(?)people Booking the Room I "ticked" on the "ACCESSIBLE" Room.I didn't know that accessible means"disabled". On"check in" I was disappointed/surprised after I saw this Room.It caused my frustration( I am not disabled) Room was spacious but adapted for disabled-small TV hanging high up, no shelves & tiny wash basin in the bathroom, very cold, some Red cords hanging in the room which I pulled incidentally alarming the staff(I didn't know what they are for!!)Why the Hotel doesn't write in their offer clearly:Room for disabled people, but"accessible" instead??+When I asked the Receptionist: to change me the Room, I received the RUDE answer:"Often disability is not visible" suggesting that I may be"invisibly"disabled, which made me furious.!!!They refused to change me the Room saying they were full.Plus:there is goo WiFi connection but NOT tel signal despite my tel.Operator is behind the corner at the High Street!

A decent and inexpensive stay in the centre of Ipswich

You have to pay extra for a room with a window, however in my case there were just views of a light well and the windows of other rooms, but at least there was daylight. One half of the double bed was rather uncomfortable.

The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walk from Ipswich Railway Station. The main shopping area and the Waterfront are a few minutes walk and there are plenty of food options nearby. The room was slightly on the small side but was clean. The staff at reception were pleasant. The nightly room rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels.

No complaints. There were only two incidents that caught us by surprise. One related to the premiership of Ipswich Town XD. Second, our door key ran out of battery. It was resolved on the spot by the assistant.

You get what you paid. It is comfy enough for two days. Minimalist style from bottom to top as not seen before in accommodation experience.

It's so tiny, and I don't like not having tea making facilities. Great for one night but no longer.

Immaculate. Warm. Cheap and right in the town.

The TV stopped working immediately after a few hours, and I don’t understand why make a toilet if the person lying in bed sees you sitting on the potty in the toilet. Is it possible to come up with some kind of darkened window so that a person does not see that you are sitting on a potty or something like that, because sometimes each other feels quite uncomfortable.

The only thing, of course, is that it is very cheap and that it is located in the city center.

I would think 2 night with a window would be the top end length of stay.

It is what is it, bed and shower which are both clean. Internet is good.

There were no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. We booked for no window but then changed our mind and wanted a window. Unfortunately, I couldn't upgrade, which I thought was odd.

The location and the cost. It was also very clean and quiet.

There should be tea/coffee facilities in the room as a basic essential. It’s not right being charged £2 each time to use the machine just for a hot drink especially if you drink them a lot.
