The property is not really close to any restaurant/pub - will need the car when there.

Room was clean and with all that was necessary. WiFi fast. Plenty of bathroom towels, shower gel, shampoo. very accommodating host (I arrived later than expected and he contacted me about where to find the keys and how to enter the property). Easy to get to the University of Birmingham if you have a car.

There were far too many knick-knacks and fussy bits for my taste and we had to keep moving things away from the dog The bathroom had a lot of personal items in and made it feel a lot like you were in someone's home There was no toilet paper in our bathroom - but I easily found some downstairs in the other bathroom All small things, but made it a little less than perfect!

Lovely house very well maintained and clean. We had only booked one bedroom but had access to the kitchen, living room and garden too. On the date of our visit there were no other guests so we had the house to ourselves which was lovely for me and my husband and the dog! Our welcome from Zak was great - we felt very much at home!

The wifi signal could be stronger. If working on several devices at the same time the signal was a bit weak and things would take a wee longer. Nonetheless, Zak mentioned there are two wifi rooters available and depending where in the house you are you need to be switching in between.

Everything was fantastic. Amazing room, has everything one would need. Clean, comfortable. Has a small Co-Op nearby to buy food as well as some pubs too. Zak makes you feel very welcome. Totally recommended.

Price was borderline - certainly not o.t.t. for what was provided but it almost put me off booking.

Zac was friendly & helpful. The room was fine & the location good (for Edgbaston) *& very quiet*.

There is nothing I did not like, it was pretty much as I expected. There was a fish & chips shop and a pub nearby, but otherwise not much else in term of amenities, but I was just looking for a bed for a few nights.

Reasonably close to the University (by car). Quiet location. The house was very clean, the host extremely kind. The room had all that was needed: large wardrobe, plenty of towels, large TV, good wifi. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The en-suite was clean, spacious. The shower was very good.

Very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The Host was very kind, accommodating and very attentive to feedback. We enjoyed the ‘from home to home’ feel of the accommodation. having a garden was a bonus.

I didn’t get any sleep all night and my husband struggled. The bed is extremely soft and the pillow provided was so thin it was impossible to get comfy, we both have sore necks today, we left at 6.30 am to go home to get some sleep.

Zak is a lovely guy. Extremely friendly, helpful, very welcoming, fantastic host. We had the king room with the en-suite. The room is part of a house, the rooms are rented out individually, you share the down stairs amenities with Zak and the other guest. Our room was nicely decorated, the bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels and toiletries. Tv, tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The house is nicely decorated throughout. Off road parking is available on the drive at £3 per night which we were fine with.
