The stairs, i would recommend maybe putting the duvets on the bed rather than the fleeces as you can see previous stains. The only thing that really let you down.

It was simple, suited what we need. Staff were very friendly.

The beds smelt a bit dusty maybe cause I used the duvets in the wardrobe not sure. Also the toilet did not flush properly which wasn’t nice.

Really liked the double and two beds. Very nice decor and good size for three people.

I was given the family room which nice but only a small amount of paper on a toilet roll had to get another from reception. The WIFI not working throughout hotel Only 2 coffee sachets and 1 sugar which not great for a family room .

I don't know why ,but I was given the family room which appreciated. The bed very comfortable and shower good .

The bar lounge was locked all the time we were there so the only place we could relax was in our bedroom and there was only one chair for the 3 of us.

Breakfast wasn’t available. Location was good, only 5 minutes walk to the tower.

No heating in the bedroom in which I had two young children but did have electric heater which took abit of the chill off. Satin sheets and bedding not Nice to sleep on. Electric shower wasn’t hot and not very clean.

The massive cot in room that wasn't needed or asked for, taking up all the space. Wasn't a clean room. Satin bedding. Poor lock on door! To be told heating is playing up.

Unfortunately our room was on the second flight of stairs which made it difficult to get the pram up, although the owner did offer for us to keep it downstairs. The stairs was difficult for me to navigate as a DeafBlind person. The hallway was quite narrow and so was the main area outside the front door. My husband had to move several of the chairs so we could actually get in with the pram and suitcase. The room we were meant to stay in was dirty including dust and dirt on the mirror and taps that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom in our room also had a step up to it which wouldn’t have been ideal overnight and not very accessible if you have disabilities like myself.

The location was great, a short walk away from the main area of Blackpool!

The room was to small for a triple room no room to use wardrobe or store luggage high level dusting needs done more frequently dust thick on dado rails and on top of pictures. Shelves loose in bedroom, wallpaper coming of wall, mark on curtains which you can't use because of the nets being on the same rail, the nets could also do with being replaced due to fraying. Bathroom needs updated the toilet flusher was awkward had what looked like mushrooms growing out of the grout

The hotel was in a great location for all areas and was quite. The bed was comfy and felt rested all the stay. Carpets looked pretty new

The property was cheap in price & close to coral island & central pier. The staff was ever so friendly.

The room was tiny; I could touch both sides of the room with my arms. There was no room for bags or anything. The room was shockingly dirty; they were vapes and toothbrushes left in the room and under the bed The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep at all because of people next door talking and people fighting outside; the walls are so thin you can hear everyones conversations

The hotel was in a good location, close to the centre. The check in was quick and okay, although you need to give a £20 deposit, which you get back the next day.
