Parking right outside can be a pain and you now have to pay for parking. It's an expensive hotel but is nice

Walking all the way around the stadium to get to my room. There is only one lift which takes you to reception and if you have your room on the other side you have to walk for miles. It’s very confusing to get your way around.

The only minor omission was the lack of decaffeinated tea in the room and that the only decaffeinated coffee available in the Red Dot Bar was instant coffee.

A very modern and corporately styled hotel to tone with the stadium that was pleasing to the eye with the black and red dot theme. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. In fact we were impressed by the constant presence of a cleaning team around the building and the thoroughness of the cleaning they were doing. The staff on the front desks were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was an accessible room and the bathroom was nicely designed without the institutional feel that other hotels achieve. Excellent facilities nearby with shops, several chain restaurants and a cinema.

Parking is expensive, we were given a discount code which didn’t work so was £20 for 24 hours

I am a person on wheelchair so booked as it offers facilities for my needs. The corridor doors were difficult to manage by my husband not possible to hold doors and wheelchair. We stayed in king size third floor. The shower water runs towards the door not the drain. I didn’t risk showering due to floor being too wet didn’t wish to slip. We ordered dinner through room service Pizza was served nicely with chips and salad pizza looked good.Shame it was burnt at bottom ate a bit was hungry chips and salad excellent.Breakfast was very good. First time experience not so outstanding for Hilton for us.

The location of the room. It was at the back of the hotel and we had to walk quite a distance to reception as the nearest lift took us to the back entrance of the hotel. Breakfast - food was good but little things like no glasses out for the water machine and no milk meant we had to go and search for these things. In fairness the staff were very busy - and they got the missing items as soon as we asked for them, and the staff were very pleasant and hardworking. Maybe just needed the presence of a manager to keep an eye on things less experienced staff might miss. However as I said, it was very busy.

Room airy and spacious. Good iron and proper ironing board. Hairdrier was good too. Bathroom clean, plenty of space. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and clean. I slept very well. I have stayed in this hotel before and would return.

Car park issues as private land but ringo app didnt work, paid via phone which didnt register properly so now expecting a notice. Hotel should be able to resolve issues. All they could do was give me Mk1 email.

We didn't expect there to be a football match on the night of our stay so was noisy but not excessive. Parking was some way from the hotel with large bags due to football match

It was quite a walk from the lift to the room

We were visiting the football ground to see our grandson in a match so the hotel was just where we needed to be. The room was really nice and quite large.. Bathroom was excellent.

I can't really say anything bad Came for the milton keynes marathon stopped for 2 days the price, location ,quality of room no stress with parking variety of restaurants near just perfect ,friendly staff and it's worth just booking up for the complimentary cookies they are amazing I'd definitely be booking again
