Nice rooms, comfortable clean and well equipped. Excellent location with easy access to the Victoria line which takes you to Euston Station and also to Oxford street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel can be bit pricey, especially when compared to similar hotel chains, however this could be due to being centrally located. Another thing (but not the hotel staffs fault) that was an issue for us was that the hotel fire alarms went blaring a few times during our 6 day stay. There was an incident during late evening when the entire hotel was evacuated and on the street in the near freezing weather. There were at least 3 fire engines in front of hotel and it was a few hours before we were allowed to get back in. After an hour or so, the hotel staff did help by directing us to get shelter in the nearby RIU hotel lobby (as weather was very cold and windy).

Hotel is centrally located, very near to train and bus station (2 min walk). The room was spacious and much better than many you find in London. Beds were comfortable. Room service was prompt and efficient. You had most of the amenities available that comes in similar hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent and it had lovely spread. Eggs made to order. Satisfied every palate (veg, non Veg). Best thing was kids were happy. The restaurant staff were so helpful.

Had an issue with my reservation and they could not locate it just prior to my arrival. And they did not respond to messages from me through booking dot Com. It was very stressful.

Clean furnishings, gym available though there was a musty smell in the basement. The hotel is simpler than what the picture of the frontage shows though.

Pillows were rather flat but that was a small thing. We were there just for the weekend so it wasn’t a big issue

Aircon . It was really hot and the aircon didn't work. It blew hot air. Housekeeping seemed to be under pressure. Somedays good other days...

Didn't like on arrival being told I could have a room upgrade only to discover a much smaller room that had steps separating bedroom and bathroom. Sadly that has put me off returning to that hotel

The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but sometimes some food (butter, cheese etc.) ran out. I had to ask the staff to refill.

We ate at the restaurant the first night. It took a long time to get our food. We had an issue with the room the first night. The next morning I went to the front desk and they said it’ll be looked at and taken care of. Came back from a tour and it was not related to the next workers. I had to explain the whole situation again. They fixed it right then and there so it wasn’t a problem really.

Really close to the Victoria Station which accesses to either where you want to go or to the next station you need. Customer service was good!

I loved the location- walking distance to Buckingham Palace, super short distance to departure point for bus to Harry Potter Studio as well as national express to Luton airport. All great :)

No Toiletries avail in the room; housekeeping didnt vacuumed our room within 4 days of our stay. Complimentary Coffee werent refilled

This hotel is great. Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is very good. Lovely comfortable room. The location of this hotel is brilliant, across the road from Victoria Station, close to theatres and within walking distance of tourist attractions. Very convenient for getting to Gatwick Airport.
