Nothing to dislike,as long as you know some areas are steep and parking can be difficult. Plenty of 24 hrs carparks close by

Facilities are good. Location very good Bus services are good. Everything was great. No parking outside the property but we did manage to find street parking nearby for my small car.

Drop off and picking up difficult. Not sure how to warm towel rack.

Close to harbour, nice enough view, enough equipment supplied. Liked nespesso machine. Liam was quick to come over and help with key.

Only down side is the parking there isn’t any. Parked about 5/10 minute walk away. But it didn’t bother us as we didn’t use the car much, also the bed in main room so needs a new mattress. Not the most comfy .

Lovely house . View & it had character. Also everything you needed . Fully equipped. Short walk to town. Lovely place to be . Very chilled beautiful town .

No parking and the road only fits 1 car down so had to unload the car quickly, I think in the summer it would be a problem, but as we were there in November it wasn't as busy, and we found parking on a street 5 minutes away but come summer these streets will be packed.

Loved the location and the views, first time in brixham and loved it, the cottage was lovely very well decorated and very comfortable, would definitely stay here again if in the area 👍🏻

The car park is a walk. OK if you're fit and healthy but would be a struggle if you're not.

Dolphin Cottage is simply lovely. Its situation, overlooking the harbour is beautiful. We were very lucky to have gorgeous weather so enjoyed a morning coffeeWe had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. The app is very useful and answers every question you might have.

The parking situation was a little unclear as the closest car park Brixham Central is only a short stay. But we found Oxen Cove which is a long stay car park. Thoroughly recommend the 4-day parking permit.

The location of the cottage is fantastic for exploring. The cottage is small but cosy and it was perfect for the 2 of us. The facilities were perfect for what we required and even managed to cook a roast dinner.

Not anything major apart from the smart tv signal was unpredictable but we had the use of netflix and bbc iplayer etc. We were a little unclear about what we had to do regarding the recycling from the instructions so we took it home.

A beautiful cottage tastefully decorated in a great location. Ideal for a group of four friends visiting for a weekend.

My mum had the small room with the king size bed and she said you could feel the springs in the mattress so I think this needs replacing.

Cute little cottage with everything you could need for a holiday by the seaside. Biscuits waiting for us on arrival and the view from the terrace is amazing. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

The only one criticism I have is there is no outside parking for the property so you have to park in a pay and display car park that is not that far away but it’s an uphill walk coming back but this is a very minor criticism

I absolutely loved Dolphin cottage it was really quaint but also really modern with stunning views over the marina and harbour. The cottage has everything you need for you stay and more and I can’t wait to come back to Brixham and reacquaint myself with this stunning little home form home.

The bed wasn't massively comfortable however that maybe purely becUse it wasn't my own bed which I'm used to! Parking was an issue but we managed to park fairly close by.

Excellent location very convenient for the town and quay with great views. Very well presented with so many needs anticipated and a lot of equipment with an 'as new' feel. Very friendly hosts always available to help.
