TV wasn't very responsive, but still managed and take anything away from the stay

The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the harbour. Staff were very helpful and even helped carry my Mum's bags up. Flat was very clean and well maintained. Shower was nice. Had parking which was very useful and easy to find.

We have an issue with the shower 🚿 no time to wait to be fixed but maybe was just a water pressure problem - who knows ?

Superb view, it’s worth the money just for the view alone! Great location, loved the parking being included, fabulous bistro for breakfast (just 90 seconds away) and super friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

Another fabulous week enjoying the amazing view. Always something to watch - boats, seals, waves crashing over the breakwater, swimmers, paddle boarders and even the train of Christmas lights! Free parking at the property - a bonus in Brixham!

Not that didn’t like but the slope up to the apartments is very steep if you aren’t great at walking.

Absolutely amazing location, view is superb. Rob was so helpful and friendly. Made to feel really welcome. Apartment had everything you could need, plenty of clean towels, washing up liquid, tea towels and plenty of hot water! Coffee machine and pods were s bonus! 👍 We stayed in one that has had new carpets and furniture on the top floor.

sofa was too low and uncomfortable for us we couldn`t use it, the chair and footstool (too big for room) have to walk around it,,, maybe a smaller dining table and chairs leaving room for more comfortable seating,

Loved the top apartment views but not the steps up to it, found it easier as the week went on tho. We will be back.

Location is stunning, we have stayed here for several holidays always enjoyable, magnificent sea views Marina and Breakwater, close to amenities, Bistros, cafes, shops and supermarkets for self catering. Plenty of Towels and change of sheets provided, Coffee machine and coffee provided, meter filled with pound coins lasted the week, all mod cons in the Kitchen area, washing machine available, hoover provided. Beautiful areas to walk around Berry Head etc. As an Artist I enjoy painting from the Balcony, brings fond nostalgic memories of family holidays at Brixham as a child, watching the Artists painting on Artists corner in the fifties, eating Cockles with vinegar from the Sea food Kiosks, such memories. mmmmmm

Absolutely nothing, the place was absolutely spot on.

Excellent location, fantastic view of the marina, and also of Breakwater Beach. Rob was an absolutely fantastic host, as soon as we arrived he took us to our apartment and showed us where Paignton and Torquay were across the bay, also pointing us in the right direction for Berryhead and good places to eat.

Superb view, free parking, own balcony, Prime location for beach, harbour and other amenities. Every appliance provided for self catering. Fantastic value for money. Rob the manager was superb, thank you Rob. Loved this place, 10/10.

'Seaview' was advertised and 'seaview' the room delivered! We were overlooking the harbour and breakwater for beautiful sunsets with a beachside cafe a few minutes walk away.

Some of the furniture seemed a bit cheap and the leak in the bedroom when it rained wasn't great.

Great view from the balcony. Plenty of space in the living room and good facilities. Was a big bonus being able to stay extra time on the Monday. Small leak in the bedroom when it rained was annoying. Very friendly reception gentleman and lovely spot for walking into town.
