We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly a couple of things didn't quite hit the mark. Not sufficient 'surface space' for a ladies' toiletries etc ie v.small shelf in the bathroom & no proper dressing table with mirror in main room. Also limited easy to access plug points for hairdryer, straighteners. Only other thing was that the Full English Breakfast portion was a little small ie 1 x bacon/sausage, dessert spoonful of mushrooms, half a tomato etc. Not too bad for me but do think that male guests may want more items on their plate!
Location was perfect for concert at The Pavilion. The hotel has real character, based upon a horse racing theme. My room was actually called The Derby! Beautiful decor & lounge/bar area. For the warmer months there was outside seating areas too. Very quiet too considering it is in central Bournemouth

United KingdomWould always be 🙂 ce to have a seaview, but we knew the location was not on the seafront. Very easy to walk down to the beach about 10 mins.and a gorgeous walk all along the beach to Sandbanks and beyond.
It was a beautiful, clean hotel. Very comfortable room with an excellent breakfast. The staff were polite and attentive. Would recommend this hotel 100%, particularly for adults.

Decoration was high spec and our room was very clean. Nice choice of teas/coffee and hot chocolate plus biscuits in our room. Also a complimentary bottle of water each on our second night which was a nice addition. Good choice of breakfasts.
