We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was nicely cooked and hot and it set us up for the day.

United KingdomThe safe didn't work for us or some of our friends and also is situated on the floor of the wardrobe. Got woken at 6.30 on saturday and sunday by someone knocking on my door asking me to turn music down, i was sleeping no music. Also on the Monday morning carpet fitters were 🔨 at 8am......
Breakfast was lovely 😍 plenty of choices, hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Location excellent, bus service on time.

United KingdomThe hotel needs to be updated to more modern standards. The carparking is a little tight, but this was not helped by some inconsiderate guests using 2 spaces.
The hotel is a little tired and needs some TLC. Very clean with excellent staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was one of the best Buffet type breakfasts I have had. The room was adequate but needs the bathroom to be updated. As we had an early flight out and would be missing Breakfast we were offered a packed alternative to take away, which was very good.

United KingdomWe had a triple room and third bed was smaller base like a child’s bed but with an adult mattress on top which overlapped base so not that comfortable if you slept near the edge. May have been changed had we asked (we didn’t) but just be aware if you book a triple room for 3 adults.
Great breakfasts with lots of choice, good location and bus stop outside hotel. Useful convenience store opposite. Would definitely stay there again.

Also rooms 29-33 are all above the bar & dining room, where they started playing music loudly from 06:00 and it sounded like the room next door. The night porter got it turned down on the second day after going down twice to ask about the noise.

United KingdomAs I mentioned some rooms and corridors needed updating and there was a door just off the restaurant area that was sealed with gaffer tape.
Lots of choices for breakfast. Unfortunately although the food was under heat lamps it's wasn't hot just warm. My room had been updated so was lovely but others in my party had very outdated rooms. The corridor carpets were looking tired. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThere is nothing wrong with the hotel apart from decor in places being a little tired. Our rooms Nos. 8, 17, 36 and 70 were all a little dated, but whilst there we noticed that new carpet was being laid in the hallways, so perhaps there is a refurbishment plan in place for the hotel.
The food was excellent. The choices at breakfast were very good and the food was to a high standard. Our evening meal was also excellent and we thought the food was very good. No complaints about the food at the hotel.
