The bed base was VERY creaky. The shower had a bit of mould around the walls. Nothing a bit of bleach wouldn't solve.

Clean room, clean bedding, comfy mattress. Breakfast was simple but enough, lovely croissants. The staff were very pleasant. Great location to the tube station, 2 minutes walk and 30 mins on the tube to central London. Would stay again, would recommend.

Didn't like having to pay for parking - having stayed before there was no charge - when they asked for card I thought it was in case anything charged to the room - receptionist didn't explain. Seems a bit harsh - could have parked across the road FOC as have blue badge. No staff around on our return from night out - so couldn't get any water, snacks or anything.

Didn't book breakfast - have stayed before and were not impressed with breakfast . Room was fine - bed comfortable and room was clean.

Still can't adjust the room temperature (but the window opens) and the shower in the bath set up may not suit very elderly or infirm guests.

Right next to the train station for easy access to central London and Wembley Stadium and right next door to a good pub. Meals are good, bar is good. Room was comfortable and the bed was great.

Mattress was uncomfortable, the housekeeping seemed to make the room but I still found stains on the sheets from the coffee I spilled, the property was advertised as air conditioned but they provided a standing fan only

There is nothing I didn’t like but I was only there 1 night. I went out within an hour of getting to hotel and apart from sleeping and having breakfast I didn’t spend any time at the hotel

Easy to find. Lovely staff, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast, small selection compared to other hotels I have stayed in but still plentiful and fresh. Lovely coffee Beds comfy, rooms and other areas clean. Great to have parking with a barrier and security.

Pint of lager prices were as normal but liquor prices were more than twice the price for single shots. Can't eat your own food/snacks in the bar/lounge. Their own food (in the lounge) were very, very pricey, even the snacks. Some reception staff were okay and helpful but most were not very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and one didn't speak or understand much English. Only one pub next door but was a sports pub so didn't cater for non-sports customers, eg, music lovers, nor did the hotel lounge - had football on all the time, even if nobody was watching/listening - okay for football lovers but not for others. No nightlife nearby and reception staff couldn't accomodate. . Wi-fi reception very, very bad. Cooking smells coming up to your room, sometimes very overpowering. The thermostat in the room didn't work well but was okay.

Best thing was it was very near the train and tube station so didn't have to walk too far with my suitcase or call a taxi. Shops, restaurants and cinema nearby and walking distance. Continental breakfast (included in the price) was okay. If wanted full English breakfast, cost is £10, which is way too pricey. Room, bed and bathroom okay. Large TV but no movies channel, etc. Good shower. Staff very helpful and some friendly. Bar staff always quick to serve. Room kept clean everyday. Okay for a short stay - went for 5 nights.

Nothing, it is a quiet hotel although the Car Park gets very busy and full at the weekends.

We have been before, we stay there as our youngest daughter lives in Ruislip.

They did not seem to have enough staff for the weekend we were there, as we had to wait quite a while to get served at the bar, as there was only one person working behind the bar and it was very busy.

    Bar and restaurant onsite.
