Typical buffet breakfast overpriced. Buying breakfast from the desk is not a good value for what we eat. Very little staff attending or interested in serving patrons.

Nothing everything was perfect

We arrived before check in open and the room was ready it was great getting to fresh up before going out and exploring belfast. The next day we were also given late check out which mean we could take our time getting ready to leave which was so handy

View from the bedroom window over a car park but we were in a city after all so not really a gripe.

Breakfast was really good with everything looking very freshly prepared and well stocked. Plenty of choice and tea and coffee served to our table with an additional option to use a coffee machine. A very good range of fresh fruit. Reception staff were always helpful and had a positive manner. No trouble to securely store a bag after checkout. Access to lifts and bedrooms required a card.

Inserting my room key into a slot by the door to turn on electricity was new to me. Shower controls were unusual and I’d prefer a fully enclosed shower. Taking a shower was a little bit of an adventure. Isn’t that why we travel?

Breakfast buffet was great. Location across from the train/bus station was ideal. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and gracious.

Went as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) and though the room was good and the bed and sofa bed were enough I would consider having a little bit bigger rooms and also a wardrobe were you can keep clothes. There is a wardrobe but half of it is for coffee/kettle (great!) and some dpace to hang clothes.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cute nice touch with kids and the complimentary card. Close to City Hall and good restaurants and pubs. Very quiet (we were on the top floor). Comfy bedroom and clean bathroom. Very nice and complete breakfast too! Thumbs up to the night staff during dinner too! Super nice!

Quallty of the sausages at breakfast they aren't the usual ones, had to go out and buy Andrex toilet roll as the quality in rooms was very poor

Food wasn't the best given the price paid and staff (who, to be fair, were new) got orders wrong a couple of times. They also told me I had to move rooms between my business stay & my personal stay, despite initially saying it would be fine to keep my room. Why put housekeeping to such trouble when the room I had was fine?! I did argue my case though & was allowed to stay put. The staff member apologised very nicely and said she was new so hopefully this was nothing more than a misunderstanding.

Friendly polite staff, nice bedroom, lovely powerful shower and comfy seating downstairs where I had to spend a lot of time working. Good facilities for plugging devices in too.
