We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis place should be closed down. It’s an actual hell hole. It’s pretty much uninhabitable, heath and safety issue’s everywhere. Damp mouldy smell all the way through the hotel. Water marks and leaks Everywhere. Not hot water in sinks. Toilets don’t flush. I could go on and on. Please do yourself a favour and by pass this place!

They're going to know its me now but there was a pile of bones of a long dead pigeon on the windowsill bit of tissue etc attached to it, don't think these guys are big on cleaning. place smelled of ganja and toilet.

First day we went there the floor was so dirty, had to ask them to clean it which they reluctantly did, they didn’t even do it properly, had to wear slippers or shoes all the time. The bedding was also dirty, we had to lay some of our clothes on top of the bed and pillow just to be able to lie down comfortably. The shower kept on going from really cold to really hot with horrible water pressure, shower curtain looked like it was originally white but had brown stains all over it, the first shower I had there were insects in the shower, felt so uncomfortable I could barely shower everyday. We went to breakfast once and never again, the food was stale and plain, we were only allowed one of each thing like one toast, one egg…etc, absolute waste of money. The kettle in the room was filthy, we had to ask for another one which was just bearable. Please, for your own comfort and sanity don’t go to this hotel, because of this hotel I was on the verge of a mental breakdown, and my friends had about 5, one for everyday we stayed there. We even had to consider sleeping on the beach as that seemed like a better option.

They have eased the stress of my current situation at home and I’m eternally grateful. This was originally a 2 night stay which has now turned into temporary accommodation until I sort my housing.

United KingdomBooked a deluxe double room the 1st room they gave us omg was awful curtains didn't even meet no tea or coffee no TV the room looked like it hadn't been used in a very long time we then asked the young lad on reception who Infact was very nice and was abit embarrassed himself who said the owner wasn't there he showed us another 2 rooms in the end we settled for a room which to be honest wasn't much better no TV remote shower needed a good clean no mirror to do your hair we asked for a mirror the young lad went and found 1 for us but then had to sit on the floor has there was no where to put it

United KingdomCurrently in hotel staying for two nights. All I can say hotel I think is currently being refurbished freshly painted walls. Brand new mattress’s so smells clean and is clean. Staff will do anything to accommodate your needs if you’re considering staying here do it !!! White bedding white towels most importantly. There wasn’t mirror in bathroom on arrival but within minutes of asking if they have one we had one. I think they probably waiting on arrival of new ones I’ve stayed in some different places in Blackpool that I wouldn’t return to but I will definitely be staying here again when visit again!!! About 15 minute walk to the Blackpool tower. Tram stop right opposite the hotel too which are every 15 minutes outside hotel During peak times. 😃
