Tea and coffee facilities but no tea or coffee. Bed was comfy but wasnt good for my back. Matress was very soft and having a spinal condition wasnt good for me.

There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee ! Bare light bulbs! No hot water in sink had to boil kettle to wash !! Cold room did not have radiators on in November Smelt musty in wardrobes No extra pillows

We didn't like the fact that from Tuesday when we arrived to checking out on Thursday the rooms wasn't tidied no fresh towels or bedding the tea and coffee supplies was limited wasn't even a spoon to make a coffee. Let alone refilled when we managed to use them. Had to go supermarket for our own teabags and things. Didn't even offer to or ask if we need fresh towels or bedding or tidying around. The windows was marked from top to bottom apart from one. The shower curtain was a normal curtain didn't keep the water in. I myself ended up slipping in the wet floor. And to me it was falsely advertised. Had nothing what it says in the description.

The hotel was in a good location and fairly clean. When you did see staff there was polite.

No WiFi in room (top floor). TV not working, no aerial, no cable. Bathroom light not working.

Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Great location on the Promenade.

Was giving a room at the top of the hotel when I had a 6 month old baby (very annoying have to climb 4/5 flights of stairs). Very dark in the hotel, window was broken in the room. The door had to be slammed to be closed and yanked to be open (this woke my babe up every time). Had to find parking when other rooms was aloud to park right out in front of the hotel.

Very welcoming and friendly. Always helped out if he seen any one struggle (bags, prams ect).

The TV wouldn't work could not get a signal that was the only downfall

Location was well out of the way from the north pier , bed was comfortable. On arrival staff was really helpful and helped to carry luggage

The guests at this hotel have no respect for other guests, they were shouting and swearing until all hours of the morning. There was a loose aerial wire behind the mirror in our room that my 3 year old easily spotted. The windows in our room were filthy and black, The staff were lovely, but the hotel just wasn’t my cup of tea. Really out dated and the decor just makes the hotel look unclean

the curtains were faulty and did not fully closed, there was no coffee in the room, room urgently needs renewing but that is already planned. Windows are blown and cant see out of.

Room sparse. Windows either dirty or blown so couldn't see out. Curtains would be better used as a floor cloth. Breakfast in general was ill organised. Only one kettle for tea/coffee, needed to keep asking for it to be filled with water. Bacon uncooked but rest satisfactory.

Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom clean. Good location near tram stop so easy to get around.

Having no female with me.

My stay for the price paid was balanced correctly. It is run by a lovely hard-working family that couldn't do enough for me. Before coming I knew this hotel was going through a refurbishment process and expected this for the price paid. It is always easy to moan but I cannot say what a lovely stay it was. I have stayed in great hotels with poor people and service yet this family gave my a sea front room and extra blankets etc. All in I cannot complain and thank you for my stay.

Everything the room was full of damp carpet was damp no hot water and stunk of mould and damp staff were not uselful no breakfast people arguing kept my baby awake all night was itching all over my baby has resulted in being ill rang four time to complain and staff did nothing defo wouldn’t stay there and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

After going out on the town we settled down to go to sleep and one of the staff tried to come in to are room in the early hours.
