There were no real things to dislike about the hotel.

Being a smoker, the cigar terrace was a plus. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was good, and we could get to most places we wanted to visit within easy walking distance.

Bar closed too early for us 11pm.... we literally were at the bar at.11.02 after our event not knowing it closed at 11 and the way she told us about 3 times even though we had acknowledged her and said this was fine was rude.. we also were told by the same lady that we couldn't use the smoking area later on and that we had to use the street even though it was easily accessible and doors open to it.. we thought how she spoke to was a little rude.

Really comfortable.. nearly all staff were accommodating ,polite and helped out as much as they could..its very nice inside..it was very cosy very clean..our room was perfect for us

Absolutely nothing, loved everything!

The hotel is stunning. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, had an excellent night’s sleep. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Terrace is gorgeous for drinks.

Could nt open a window , I like fresh air especially on a warm night also I’d booked & prepaid 6 months ago I requested 2 rooms together or next door to my sister back then & messaged since to confirm that … Only when we checked in we were only in the same floor ! With a long long hallway between us so that was quite disappointing 😕

Everything was spot on ! Loved the hotel’s vibe , lighting & decor felt very luxurious , like being on a film set . Loved the rooms , especially the fridge added surprise meant we could get some nibbles & cold beers , staff helpful

Fantastic hotel, beautifully finished and comfortable. Excellent position close to the station and onsite parking. Unlike most hotels, The Grill is truly special, great food and atmosphere, the staff are brilliant, cheerful and helpful. Our overall stay was excellent !

The hotel was on the pricey side and not located too central, so a bit of a walk/taxi to be in the main hub of manchester

The beds and decor

The hotel was super clean and beautifully decorated. The bed were so comfortable had one of the best nights sleep. We also had a cocktail in the bar, they took a little while to make the drinks and because of the wait they comt the bill!

Very slightly too dark (although to whole hotel is...I understand it's the vibe they're going for!) and the mirror light in the bathroom was broken. Otherwise the room and stay in general was fantastic.

Perfect location for a 12hr stop over in Manchester - the early morning walk to Piccadilly took 5 minutes (if that!). The bed was super comfy, room immaculate and stylish. I didn't eat in the hotel but the bar/restaurant areas also looked lovely.

Paying £40 for the car park was abit of a shock we’ve stayed here many times and never paid to park at tye hotel , I think there should be some sort of discount for when your staying at the hotel Although the valet were very friendly and put bottle of water in our car and some hotel mints which was a nice touch

Breakfast was lovely and we had it in our room which is a nice treat it’s a brilliant location

I believe the breakfast is slightly disappointing as I was expecting more variety in the buffet, however still very delicious.

By far the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in, I was blown away by how beautiful it was. The smell, the decor, the aesthetic of the rooms, all of it is a 10/10. The staff were also brilliant and made my stay even more special with the little details.
