Rooms on first floor got no privacy. All you have is a big curtain you need to keep shut. All tables and sitting area is just outside your window sp everything keep looking inside your room and make you feel uncomfortable. Perhaps if you get room upstairs you will be fine. Apart from that everything esle was fine

Late checkout price is ridiculous. £10 per hour for a late checkout. So had to pay £20 extra. The whole reason for my late checkout was because I was on a night shift and only got back at 6am and needed to checkout later so I could have enough sleep. Despite the late checkout the maids tried to come into my room 3 times, which means I didn’t get much sleep in the end. Oh and there was a massive hair ball on the bathroom wall but apart from that it did the job.

We are on holiday visiting the UK from Zimbabwe. On arrival we were given room 47, the next morning asked if we could be moved to another room as the bed was the most uncomfortable that we have ever tried to sleep in, the sprung mattress was way beyond it's sell by date!! when we returned in the evening we were given room 33, when we entered it it was a tip, it looked like some kind of orgy was held by the previous occupants and your staff had not cleaned the room by 10pm, we were then given room 31 which was very comfortable and clean, and met the expectations that one expects of an hotel.

Nice by the canal but on a busy road, great staff and good food at a good price, I sat in the snug area which is very cozy there was a quiz going on in the main area which was well attended and sounded good fun. The room I stayed in could do with a lick of paint and new heater and a new carpet, however it was very clean, furniture is good and comfortable. I got up late the next morning so I didn’t try breakfast but it smelled great. I would defiantly stay again.

Absolutely stunning location and scenery! I was welcomed by the manager and staff at Cuttle Bridge Inn on my arrival and they looked after me very well. Great cooked and continental breakfast too! Bedrooms were also very spacious, comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again, especially during the summer!!

Th people upstairs sounded like they were in our room so didn't get much sleep was drinking an talking banging loud until about 5in the morning an the staff came knocking our door was not happy about that

Rooms need an overhaul, i.e. new carpets, cleaning of skirting boards & new mattresses. Lower ceilings would be great to help with heat within the rooms. Electric radiator didn't work either.

Was a strange smell outside of the hotel, not sure what this was and only seemed to smell it late at night, did mean having to sleep with the windows closed. Also TV in our room was broken but we wasn’t planning on watching TV anyway and I’m sure the TV worked in other rooms

Was very good value for money and the rooms are a decent size and decently equipped! Comfortable enough and a nice bar area with some outside seating with a view of the canal. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with a nice shower.
