Room was meant to be cleaned and towels changed every day unfortunately ours was left out It was very hard to find staff on the reception a buzzer would be a good idea.

Booked a “double deluxe room” but we were put in just a double. When I queried this, was told that this was the price for a double (not a deluxe). TV wasn’t working and staff eventually realised that our remote control was in a different room! Hand towel provided was tatty (edges fraying).Website offers a fully cooked Scottish breakfast but we were only offered continental. Menu states restaurant open until 9pm but some poor guest who tried to order at 8.30 pm was told the kitchen was closed. Staff were scarce. It is obvious that the place has recently undergone a refurb but parts were clearly unfinished. Would not have booked this property for this price (£117 with no breakfast) had I known.

The room was very reasonably priced so I didn't have very high expectations! But it was good, Its a tad dated decor wise but clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, but staff were very helpful and really good comms before our stay.

Fluffier pillows. otherwise bed comfortable and everything was clean and definitely better than I expected!! Bummer we had to pay for breakfast - but it wasnt included in our room.

Location was a 15 min walk from down town Inverness. Room was large and had 2 beds and a kitchenette and amazing shower, Towels were good/ place was very clean and staff were kind . Continental breakfast for 10 pounds was good.

The towels were a bit rough

The property has been updated and looks wonderful, has everything for a comfortable stay. The mattress is very new and the pillows are soft. The location is a bit far away from the bus/train station but nothing that you can not do by just walking.

We were given a room with four beds, the fourth bed was not made up and the duvet was crumpled up on the bed. In the bathroom there was an empty picture frame, in the other room only the screws on which a picture had obviously once hung... But overall very good value for money

While the staff was friendly when we could find them. Check-in, breakfast, check out, getting a drink, you had to wait 10 mins for somebody to show up. Looks like they are not up to full staff and this may be different once the season gets started.

My room was very spacious, clean, and up to date. Really nice.

The Hotel is due to his age in need of Maintenance and Tlc. It was only an Okay 1day stay. There were Spiderwebs, Stains on the Walls, no Handsoap in the Bathroom. You could hear the Water running banging through the Walls, when taking a Shower. The Heating was not working, but sounded the whole Stay they went Gas in, but it stayed cold. The Room could not be darkened, because the Curtain was too far from the Window. The Pillows superflat and uncomfortable. The Remote TV controll was barely working. The Restaurant was closed, so no Breakfast. They seemed understaffed, so not the fault of the two Staff members, they were nice and doing there best. As a Guest it was disappointing, and we not coming back.
