The bathroom was a little chilly but stylish ands large.

Wonderful breakfast with fresh berries, Joghurt and a really good porridge but we also enjoyed the standard cooked breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like - one of those folding racks to hold a suitcase open would be a nice addition, but we just used the floor/bed.

Comfortable bed and bedding (always #1 for me), quiet, thoughtful touches in the room (like lavender spray by the bed, cookies, two sinks, and whiskey) nicely decorated and beautiful finishings. Easy walk from the train station, plentiful breakfast. Friendly hosts.

There was Nothing to dislike

Brilliant stay ,thanks to Gordon and Eunice made us feel very welcomed, beautiful home from home,our room was to a beautiful finish ,with a massive gorgeous en-suite one word SPOTLESS breakfast was delicious would definitely recommend to everyone to visit here ,well done Eunice will definitely visit again.

We liked it all.

We liked the whole experience of returning for another lovely stay. As before, the room was peaceful and spacious with many homely touches, as well as a large comfortable bed. Eunice and Gordon are great hosts.

Absolutely outstanding in every way - the room and bathroom were spacious, superbly appointed and spotlessly clean. A wonderful warm welcome from Gordon and Eunice, enormous, beautiful quality breakfasts every day, and a charming location on a quiet lane, with pubs, restaurants and the river only a short walk away. Absolute perfection, we would love to come back!

Super cosy and situated in a very quiet area of Pitlochry. Very good service and breakfast.

The only tiny issue was I couldn't plug in the hairdryer as the electric sockets were very close to the floor. An extension cable would solve this and I am sure if I had asked the hosts would have provided one, otherwise everything else was faultless.

A lovely warm welcome from the hosts and help with my bags. A beautiful bedroom and bathroom decorated to a very high standard. The added touches like shortbread and whisky were unexpected and special. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of homemade items and fresh eggs from their own chickens. A truly great hotel which I would highly recommend and hope to return again in the near future.

It couldn’t be beaten

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the best we’ve ever had anywhere, we ate at 9am and we ate at 8.30pm for dinner and had absolutely nothing in between!! The room was absolutely immaculate and everything, all the extras were there

I just wish we had stayed longer.

There isn't enough space to do this review justice. From the little touches of the extras in the room to the huge, immaculate bathroom, the amazingly comfortable bed , the breakfasts, and not forgetting the hosts who are a lovely couple. It was a great find and a perfect location. We will definitely be back.

A mini fridge in the room would have been good

Everything from start to finish was perfect, the rooms are modern and have everything you need, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, the hosts Gordon and Eunice are lovely genuine friendly people who make you feel very welcome in to there beautiful b&b, the breakfast is also one of the best I’ve ever had, I really can’t recommend this place enough, it’s truly amazing.

Stunning decor and Art pieces.Eunice and Gordon are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to keep thier guests happy. They even gave us a lift to our rester aunt as we were running late.
