It was so hot, uncomfortably hot. We were there in May so must be worse in the Summer.

It had lots of activities for the kids (soft play, park, pool)

We couldnt sleep most of the night because it was too hot in a room and there was no fresh air or conditioner. Windows only opens 2 inches. Very uncomfortable night with no sleep

Not enough parking. Charging for towels for the swimming pool is ridiculous when you are staying there. Being asked to leave the pool after 1 hour when you were the only people in there was bizarre, especially when it remained open. Nothing on the TV for the kids. The amusement areas need upgrading.

Location was excellent. Great for kids. Playpark and softplay were ideal to pass some time inbetween activities

The small double room was ridiculous. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable and lots of banging doors - not deliberate - just really noisy. Even a budget hotel like travelodge has decent sized comfy beds. Really not good enough, not for the price.

The swimming pool definitely - it was great. The Woodshed bar was lovely - we loved that. The mini golf was fun, lots to do.

Firstly the staff couldn’t understand my Glaswegian accent even though the hotel in Scotland, the rooms We’re basic and when you moved around in beds they made terrible noise waking up other family members, no air conditioning on in any part of hotel so was very uncomfortable and we were very hot and sticky, prices were higher than expected and half the Funhouse was out of order

Tried phoning day before could not get through to arrange early check-in for event I was attending, emailed but still no joy, would not let me have late check-out either

We got gave a room it was so small there was holes on the walls we asked to upgrade as it wasn’t even a room my partner is 6ft he slept on the floor the bed was 100 percent a single count move in the toilet we wur going to leave but a 3 hour drive home didn’t seem great after just driving there

The room was very basic for what we paid and bed not comfy at all. Bar server wasn't particularly friendly. Buffet was average considering the price. None of the machines worked in the hotel arcade (this upset my son more than me)

All the facilities in one place. Live music in the foyer, Pool was good. Play park had been done up since last here. My son loved it.

ROOM -A COZYDOUBLE PRETTY SMALL -THE BED JUST A BIT BIGGER THAN SINGLE . NO OFFER TO REMAKE ROOM ON DAILY BASIS-PAID FOR 4 NIGHTS -COULD HAVE AT LEAST REPLACED THE "welcome" pack of the shortbread and coffee - quite miserable you didnt -pay for 1 night get the shortbread, coffee , smallsoap etc for shower-not replaced when used the other nights-poor. Also who on earth tucks the duvet in under the mattress on all 4 sides!!!!? I thought there was no topsheet or duvet initially !Must be saving pennies doing this , POOR SIGNPOSTING TO ROOMS IN THE C SECTION AND IT IS VERY FAR TO CARRY A HEAVY BAG -NO OFFERS OF HELP

Old decor, anti social pool open times,lack of bar staff, no extra pillows had to ask. Loud banging doors. Shower head was broken.

Room is very dated and only has a small 3/4 bed.

Location and breakfast was excellent. The foyer areas and pool / sauna were lovely. All staff were very helpful and cheery.

Mattress was uncomfortable,felt like I was going to fall out of bed, hanging to one side. I was glad I wasn't sharing as it's a tiny double.

The facilities are good, but a lot of the arcade games don't work.

The price was really good and the place is really kid friendly. The staff were very accommodating.

The bedroom was in need of refurbishment. Beds were a little uncomfortable. The shower area needs re grouting and a general freshen up.
