Considering we had booked a superior room and when we checked in we were “upgraded” to a junior suite there was no drinking water in the room, bit off-side in my opinion.

Very nice rooms and one of the quietest rooms we have stayed in, no noise from other rooms during the night.

I had been told that I couldn't park my car in the car park after checkout time - though when i arrived I was assured that this could have been arranged. A pity as there was some anxiety about whether or not the trains were going to be running, and on time (Industrial action the day before meant some trins int he wrong place.)

The location was PERFECT - I was going to a dinner and then a match at Sandy Park! Breakfast was great - the ability to choose a light meal after the dinner the evening before was a well received bonus.

Staff not very friendly at all, girl on rooftop bar didn’t look happy at work! Chips were stone cold on meal - had to send back - No real apology Pillows awful too soft & no mirror in room very suitable for drying hair near a socket- not very well thought out & cheeky charge of £5 per device for WiFi - Er no thanks

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel was very convenient for Sandy Park. The views from The View were great.

Need more staff The 3 young uns that was working the bar was running around getting people shorting at them people was just jumping in when it was not there turn to be severed peoples was getting aggressive this could off been avoided if you had more staff on the GM needs to address this issue ASAP your not protecting and looking after your staff it’s the GM job to look after his team so I’m afraid he or she is falling

Very convenient for Exeter Chiefs Rugby as on the same site. The stadium is just a short walk across the car park. All the staff I encountered were engaging and very pleasant. Zero road noise despite being located next to the M5 motorway. Self service Breakfast which was good quality and tasty. The price of the room was competitive.

Pillows!!! For a hotel that is more high end, the pillows were of a poor standard and not befitting of the Marriott standards. Unfortunately we didn’t get a really good sleep!

The hotel was quite corporate, but was a step above the run of the mill hotels.

We booked a room which had parking included but were charged again for parking when checking in. This was easily resolved though and received a refund in the evening.

A gorgeous, modern hotel in a great location! The rooms were spacious and had everything you need, the rooftop bar was lovely and had a great offering of food and drink.
