Four bedrooms, near sea front, quick response from owner if you have any questions. Near 3 good bars, family entertainment only 5/10 min walk away. Great for a family get away.

The tap in the van was very loose and none of the bathroom or toilets had lights that worked windows where very paper thin we could hear everything from another vans dog continously barking and others kids kicking the ball at our van and being overly loud late at night my niece has special additional needs who needs sleep medication to help her relax in witch unfortunately with the amount of noise surrounding us wasn't good for her we wasn't settled for the duration of our time at the van or site and very tired mummy's this was our first break and holiday since the pandemic so it's unfortunate we had such an unsettled stay the van in general occupied us in witch was great I'd swept and moped and tidied before we left

There was plenty to do off site its unfortunate that the onsite family pub has permanently shut but there was a lovely pub not far in witch was lovely my kids loved it I'd met the lovely lady at our onsite shop very welcoming and chatty couldn't help more if she tried

Pillows were like paper Shower tray still had previous customers hair in it Caravan was freezing at night even after playing with boiler. Fag ash on the decking Horrible smell during the day from what we believe the toilets. No bin bags

Everything the place was dirty no heating bugs everywhere wires cut messaged the owner and was just ignored I put the keys back in the safe and left didn’t even stay there wasn’t fit for my kids would never book again and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Wondered why we didn't have to pay a security deposit now we know, couldn't do anything to make the condition worse. Needs a lot of TLC. No cleaning equipment, fire didn't work, no heating in any of the bedrooms or bathroom. I could go on. There was a dyke right by the caravan that absolutely reeked so couldn't be outside. Had to use car as was too far to walk to anywhere. On site club permanently closed so no where to go at night unless we took car. If you don't mind roughing it it is a big family caravan .

The owner contacted me a day before my stay saying the cooker in the van wasn't working and she would send someone to fix it by the Tuesday. I contacted the owner to see what time the cooker would be fixed and she ignored me. The ad on booking.com stated that the van had a dvd player,cd player, games and stuff for the kids and there was none of that. The kitchen tap was wobbly,the bathroom tap leaked. The WiFi was not good so we couldn't watch Netflix on the TV. The plug on the fireplace had been removed so we couldn't use it. The little oil heater was missing a wheel, the window in the living room had a broken lock so we couldn't close it properly so it was cold a night.we had no cooker for the entire stay so had to spend more money on eating out.all in all not a good stay. Thanks to the owner for ruining my family's holiday.

The bedrooms appeared to be very clean and modern, the bedding appeared clean however there were some strange stains to some of the bed sheets so although they smelled clean this was off putting. The living room sofa is very grubby with stains and the cooker isnt clean. Some of the kitchen cupboard handles are stained with food and some of the utensils/plates in the cupboards werent clean. The bin lid had dried on food. The bathrooms were immaculate! The wifi to the property does not work, the password for it has been scrubbed off the back of the box and signal is very poor in the area. I did message the owner for this but had no response during our stay. The window in the living area is broken/ajar as it has a handle missing. This was annoying during thunder storms and made the caravan very cold/windy. The bed i stayed in was comfy, however some of my family found a double bed and single bed very uncomfortable to stay on/broken springs in the mattresses. Our stay was £220 for 2 nights. For a caravan that sleeps 8 this is a good price, however i would recommend better cleaning for guests staying as the kitchen and living area is off putting. Its a very basic stay and a reasonable price however i wouldnt be staying in this caravan again.

Everything to be honest the caravan was unclean , kitchen tap was broken and loose, toilet flusher didn’t work, fire didn’t work, lights outside didn’t work, beds were uncomfortable as they are not wide or long at all, shower was not usable as it was dirty with hair from previous people , animal poo on seats and balcony outside , no unsuite or wifi like stated , walls super thin so you can hear everything from outside , the man that owns the caravan next to this one was drunk so he was being very loud and abusive towards people , customer service from owner was dreadful , nothing on site at all apart from a shop. Not worth the money at all would not stay here again. It was a holiday from hell

Great base for our holiday lots of room in caravan and all the basics we're there.

No fans, no iron (it said that these were included) had a problem with the oven and the hot water.

4 bedrooms, large sitting area. Great correspondence from the owner, she’s a nice girl. We had an issue with the shower and the maintenance guy came out straight away and sorted the problem.
