The property is in a fantastic, quiet location, and is absolutely spotless. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.

The room was a bit hot this could have been due to the room facing west. I did have the curtains and blinds closed but it was a very hot 3 days.It did start to cool down through the night.

The breakfast was awesome fresh fruit and traditional English Breakfast only had to wait less than 5 minutes.Staff were very pleasant.The room was very clean as was the rest of the property.

Breakfast I didn't realise they only do continental in their price you had to pay extra for the cooked English breakfast. Plus the kids had to share a jar of almost empty nuttella for their toast between all tables

The fact that going via your website you get us a room as asked for but the room is small without us getting what we really require, it is a room, by talking directly to the hotel we can state our preferences and what we expect. The room was very clean with all the facilities but small.

Everything about the Corona was excellent from the hosts, staff, breakfast and the public amenities would stay again happily but would book direct.

Literally nothing. The nicest B+B I've ever stayed in

The breakfast was incredible, the American breakfast is something particularly special on offer. Room was comfy, clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and I loved the additional touches such as the biscuits, extra milk and makeup holder. The tv had full freeview which was exceptional. Paul and Richard went out of their way to make sure we we're comfortable and happy, following covid throughout. Literally a stonesthrow from the sea and pleasure beach, overall an exceptional stay with lots of added little bonuses. Definitely the best value B+B in Blackpool. Rooms cleaned daily; bar, breakfast, comfy beds and amazing hosts, what more could you ask for?

Breakfast was excellent and the choices were good. The attention to detail was brilliant even a pair of scissors for people who find it hard to open those small tomato sauce sachets etc.

The information showed in the booking app was incomplete, it took several messages from the host for us to get all the information. I was offended by it and got called up and told I should've checked their website. Then what's the point of this app? I didn't appreciate there was no parking spots, not even around the hotel, and I didn't know you can reserve it before arrival? The room was very small...The doors of the rooms were so close together I thought someone was trying the key in ours during first night(creepy feeling haha)

I appreciated the attention to details, the room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, I appreciated the amenities too. The location has a very cozy and friendly feeling, it is tasteful and the host was very polite and helpful.

Wasn’t told until after we booked that a cooked breakfast was extra booking.com sell as breakfast included but this is only continental. Hotel clean but was overpriced at £140

Sorry attitude of the owner smallest room I’ve ever had

The guy tried to get me to cancel booking.com and because I wouldn’t our breakfast was reduced to continental the room was smallest room I’ve ever had but if I cancelled he would of give me a bigger room with full breakfast the sheets were left absolutely dirty as anything , this hotel should be struck off

Old building so lots of stairs Room was small for cost Restaurant not open for anything other than breakfast. Bathroom was a bit on small side - but I had stayed in smaller in blackpool Location of hotel not so central so ordered lots of cabs

The room was tiny and claustrophobic. Not even enough room to put ye bags anywhere. It was on the 3 floor up of steep stairs. There is no ventilation. The only window was a tiny top window which did absolutely nothing. We had to ask for a fan it was so hot. The room was like a sauna and we dreaded to back there. My partner didn’t sleep a wink for the 2 days we was there. On top of that the tele channels were switch off at 10:30 so not only could we not sleep we couldn’t watch tele either. The shower was a nightmare to use. Temperamental, one min it give you hot water the next it wouldn’t. And the showers head was about the size of a rim of a can of coke! Tiny! Would not recommend that room to anyone

The owners were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite small, however very very clean and modern. The food was lovely. Overall a really nice place to stay. Excellent price and just around the corner from the beach.

The shower took a little while to warm up but once it got hot it was good part fromnthe pressure of it.

Liked the location, the onsite bar and social pool table. There was 2 girls particularly we liked that served us breakfast and hot drinks, both very friendly and always had a smile on their face.

There was nothing I could fault. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Everything! Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms. Great facilities. Excellent breakfast. A few minutes walk from the tram stop which stops at all attractions.
