We only stayed briefly overnight, so not much chance to explore any facilities. The site looks like lots of fun for families.

Great Host with great communication from host Accommodation met our expectations and we spent two comfortable nights here. We would recommend this accommodation for a short break or a longer family break in the area. We did not make use of the facilities on site as they were all booked during our stay which was a last minute get away. We did visit the sports bar and enjoyed a drink whilst watching the football game and we also went to the pizza shop on site which was good.

An all round good experience.

A nice caravan big enough for a family of 6 to stay comfortably. Ensuite off the main bedroom and separate bathroom. Cosy and warm. Good facilities for cooking, good clean cutlery.x lots of dvds for the children and a draw full of toys. Great location for Poole itself. Most things were within a 15-minute drive. Parking for 2 cars. Lovely break, thank you

I didn't like haven management? Poor and never will come back . I had continuous two night problems from neighbours' noise making midnight. Whenever i called security midnight, they never turned up straight away. Security guy told me I got some work to do after that I will come down what an irresponsible answer. Always customer comes first. I had to stay up midnight 3am bcz of noise. Next night, again, noise can't sleep called security. I waited half an hour and didn't turn up. We come there for peace of mind. Heaven management special security people are useless and need to learn their job. You guys have silence policy at midnight. Follow it strictly. If someone is making noise, people want to sleep. You should come straight away. We can't take stress until you guys turn up. 0 rating to the site never come back to place .

The only thing that could be improved would be blackout blinds in the bedrooms, as the curtains don't really stop the light in the morning.

Lovely clean and comfortable caravan with lots of extra bits we weren't expecting such as toiletries and tea and coffee. In a nice quiet location not far from everything. The main bedroom is really spacious and lots of room in the living room. I will be booking again next year.

Beautiful, tidy, clean caravan on a beautiful site. Caravan had all the utensils and information etc that you need to have a relaxing break away. I cannot recommend this caravan enough - the owner was absolutely fabulous, too, when we extended our break.

Location was fantastic and great value for money. The host was very accommodating and communicated great. The kids loved the toys and books provided. The double bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in for a caravan holiday! Will definitely be back.

Quiet location within easy walking distance of the site facilities e.g. restaurant. The owner happened to be at the caravan when we arrived, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. During our stay we had a slight issue, and the owner was very quick to arrange for someone from the site to come and sort it out.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We didn’t use the picnic bench since it was next to our parked car, but if there had been a raised deck to the side/front of the van we may well have used it.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with an en-suite loo to the main bedroom. Good sized hot shower and plenty of light and air through opening windows when it was warm.
