This hotel is well located for getting around the local area and the motorway network. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, with newly refurbished bathrooms with excellent walk in shower.

We arrived on a Saturday night, and the bar/club on the lower floor was loud, and we could hear it on the second floor, but thankfully, it didn't go on too late.

As a family, we loved access to the pool and the ability to be able to stay in one room as a family of 5.

Great large room, breakfast was good, loved the fish tanks and close enough to Legoland/ Bracknell train station.

Bar was very over priced No bath in room Paid for extra large double and got 2 singles put together!! Not great !!

Communal changing rooms, rooms were very dark and lighting relied on lamps. dark dated decor which didn’t help it to feel light. Mattresses particularly on the sofa beds were awful. And you could feel the bars through. Felt more of a four bed with extra beds added but was still big enough.

Room sizes were big, lovely bathroom, breakfast was delicious, nice pool. Beautiful lobby and outside of hotel. Proximity to legoland. Fish tanks were beautiful and children loved watching the fish

Breakfast buffet lacked freshness, bar was closed with no night porter facility which is poor given the size of the hotel

The noise from entertainment filtered up all the way to room 312! It finished in the early hours.

Spacious room!!! A huge lounge separated by a heavy curtain from a bedroom with dressing area and en suite bathroom. Perfect temperature shower. Balcony overlooking the petrol station. Nice breakfast with polite smiling staff. 👍🏻

Furniture in room needed updating but nothing major to comment on.

We have stayed here several times. Location great for Ascot races. Recently improvements been made to the hotel and the bar area and outside area look great compared to what they used to. We also noted that lots of areas had been smartened up. We had a really big room and although furniture a little scruffy, the room was clean and comfortable and best of all, excellent value for money.

When I arrived at just before 6pm, the pool and gym were already closed. The on-site pub was also closed that evening (a Sunday). There was food available in the hotel bar, however it was quite expensive for what it was.

The hotel was lovely and quite unique in it's design, which I liked. The person on reception at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of free parking. My room was very smart looking, nicely furnished, and the bathroom was also very clean and modern. The bar and lounge area was also very pleasant.

One minor issue of noise late in the bar area did affect one of our rooms but it was not overly intrusive and did not spoil in any real way the experience.

The rooms, two doubles, were of a very good standard, very clean, spacious, and with all the appearance of having undergone very recent refurbishment. The breakfast was generous and nicely cooked and all the staff we encountered were friendly courteous and helpful. The price was very competitive and represented, I believe, very good value for money.

Nice hotel but we slept really badly unfortunately! The wedding, the nightclub, and other guests making noise in the corridors, slamming doors, but most of all random plumbing noises in our room all night constantly woke us up. We found breakfast catered well for dairy intolerance but nothing was actually labelled with allergens. Staff friendly and helpful and gave me a jug of oat milk so that's fine, it would prob make the staff's life easier if I didn't have to keep asking them questions though! Swimming pool changing rooms needed mopping more regularly and the pool was a bit chaotic but that's just the time we arrived probably.

Enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfast was good, loved the fish tanks, free parking, room big and clean, super powerful shower.

It was a little outdated in terms of the decor. Otherwise great.

The hotel had a wow factor as you walked in. The aquarium was very impressive. Our room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Our friends room was a suite and very spacious.

The only thing I didn’t like was the they didn’t provide us with a bathrobe and slippers. It’s a spa hotel so thought that was a bit wild that these weren’t provided.

I loved the entertainment. Reggae boys ft Michelle were excellent. The night club was great and provided an excellent selection of music. Drinks were a decent price. I had one of THE best birthdays ever here.
