Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Very comfortable well laid out modern static caravan with everything you could need. Loads of storage space, plenty of hot water and heating. Great view of Snowdonia National park and only 10 minutes walk from Caernarfon Castle.

United KingdomNothing really but being slightly out of season, the restaurant/bar wasn't open at the beginning of the week when we arrived. We weren't sure initially where to go to buy food but used our common sense and it was only a very short drive into the town.
Clean and beautiful park; peaceful. Views of Snowdonia. Easy walk along a lane to nearby Caernarfon and the castle. Molly's restaurant/bar and excellent food on site. Our glamping pod had everything we needed for a short break. It was warm and cosy. Linen, towels, microwave, cooker, tv - everything you need; even a kitchen roll! The Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways station at Caernarfon was just ten minutes away by car - you could even hear the steam trains from our site [seasonal train services run on some days]. Very good location for day trips to Anglesey/Porthmadog/Snowdon etc.

United KingdomThe self check in was pretty simple once you knew were the pod was. It is advised to get there before 9pm incase you need help but we unfortunately was unable to arrive until 3:30am, due to living far, and working same day. We did get lost when we initially arrived, and was panicking as I had no petrol left & petrol stations were closed but we eventually found the pod. Big lit up signs of it stating Pods this way would have helped for sure in those instances. The mattress was 2 singles in the pod, kept having to push them together as was getting uncomfortable, so a double would have been cool!
It was clean, spacious for us two, it was cosy, and perfect location to climb Mount Snowdon.

United KingdomIf we had to not pick something The bed on the upper level could have been Abit comfier with a thicker mattress but as two plus sized people we were pleasantly surprised that it was comfy enough for us to sleep on it rather than the sofa
The whole place was great!! It was quiet and out of the way form the main town but only a 5 min walk and 30 second drive away the pod we stayed in was fantastic and the photos do no do it justice. Everything is provided and clean! Way better than we expected and we will 10000% be back

United KingdomNothing really except had to keep logging into the wifi.
The pod was very clean and obviously very new. Very well equipped with cooker, microwave, tv, plenty of seating, pots and pans, croquery and cutlery. Plenty of hot water and heating was very good. There was a view of the mountains from the lounge/kitchen area. I liked the peaceful rural location, though as it was the end of October it would be different in the main season. I would definitely stay again. I liked this style of holiday as usually I have stopped in B&B, hotel accomodation

United KingdomWould be a little cramped if there were 6 of you self-catering for a week but was great for 4 of us on a long weekend. Incorrect bed linen was left and we arrived too late to fix it on the first night but it was all sorted by the lovely on-site staff the next day.
Nice accommodation with lovely views and a short walk into Caernarfon. Good shower and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable: 2 single mattresses in the mezzanine (low ceiling and accessed by a ladder l); a double made from the dining table and seating; a pull out single in the lounge; and space for a small child on the sofa. All open plan but there's a privacy curtain for the double. The complimentary tea/soap etc was a nice touch. Clean and quiet site. Pool wasn't available when we visited but looked OK. Bar showing the rugby was also good.
