Everything about this stay was perfect, being greeted by Tim who met us with the keys & Secure Car Park Pass. The apartment is beautifully decorated, & spotlessly clean & has everything you need - The bed is really comfortable, the walk in shower is excellent & the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s also in a very safe area, with a really easy 5 min walk, right into the centre of York.

Absolutely immaculate apartment, beautifully decorated throughout. Tim even left chocolates and Milk for us on arrival! The most comfortable bed I have slept in, and the perfect location just on the river and a very short walk to the city centre. I would highly recommend this apartment if you plan on visiting York.

Very central, secure including parking, very stylishly furnished with appliances of a high standard. Nice touches such as fresh flowers, milk, fruit juice & chilled water, bath robe, lots of fluffy towels and the window seat was so lovely and relaxing to sit at. Supermarket and other well known shops close by. Very quiet too.

Everything exceeded my expectations

The apartment was clean and and finished to a high standard. The location is excellent overlooking the Foss river. Our host Tim was excellent and very informative explaining everything in the apartment and about the parking facilities.

We have just fome back from a 2 night stay. Tim met us on arrival and showed us our apartment. All I can say is what a find, beautiful and immaculate. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the host. We will definitely use these apartments again.

From the moment of making the booking, our experience with Tim our host was very helpful and welcoming, with instantaneous communication. The apartment itself was meticulousy clean and very well designed, furnished and decorated. The bed was most comfortable. Little extras like bread, milk, orange juice provided for breakfast and little chocolate treats show a lot of thoughtfulness and make the guests feel themselves truly welcome. The location is really great, with just a short walk along the canal to get to the main shops and the shambles and everything else in the centre of York. The place is very secure, as is the included private parking.
