There was a used condom on the bathroom floor and the sheets had stains on them. When told about the issues the lady couldn’t be more apologetic and removed the item and changed the sheets but the room wasn’t clean.

We arrived to nobody at the reception bin there 20minutes and nobody came to us we had to ring a number and a woman came that wasnt very friendly told us top floor bathroom was discussing then said we were on the top floor got into the room with no lights working,no mirrors had to use the touch on our fone to see took over an hour for them to cum to us and came and the woman said if u dont like it leave dirty discussing room went down at night to no1 at reception dirty window ciles the draws dirty rubbish left In the room no hospitality at all when we asked if we cud move to another 1 was told to pay for it ourselves my child has cum bk with flea bites on him will never stay here again and the woman who says she owns the place has got no customer service communication very abrute this hotel was very shocking and discussing and shud be closed down

Was moved cos coco wasnt suitable for staying. Moved into another hotel where I had to pay extra and both nights arguing and fighting. Second night did not sleep as was scared due to screaming and then poloce was called to evict guests. Very bad experience and things we planned we lost money on and ended up leaving early hours of friday

Every single thing. The door was smashed up around the handle. Drunks, druggies and yobs on the street. The toilet was in a wardrobe. The bed was broken. The room was filthy. Took an hour to finally be seen and checked in as the Landry lady was on a school run after saying what time to check in. There was a hole on the wall that was filled in with cardboard then painted over.

The best thing about the property is when I left a night earlier eland seeing it in the rear view getting further away was a pleasing sight.

Woman was lovely but this is advertised as a beachfront which it wasn't I at to leave so didn't stay had a family emergency but the lady who ran it was lovely

Hair on pillows stains on sheets and duvet plus the bed was broken hair extensions left under the bed plus rubbish under the bed No hot water The carpet was just pure filthy and dirty with stains everywhere No hot shower just freezing cold water in shower and sink Radiator was leaking water Not worth the money we paid

Bed sheet are dirty room sink also not clean and bathroom i don’t want to say anything about this hotel. My kids also doesn’t like so we left the hotel 1day before we booked for 3nights we stayed only 2nights. It’s very very bad don’t go to this hotel

The property was under renovation so on the morning of my stay I was told I was to be moved to their sister hotel. For Blackpool standards the sister hotel had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable

The surrounding area was rough drugs being smoked everywhere hotel wasn’t great wasn’t expecting much for the price but clean floor and toilet and clean cups and warm water should of been a necessity had to shower with cold water

The shared bathroom door didn't lock properly. There was no hot water in the shower. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room. However, all the bed linen was clean.

Didn't Even Stay The Night! Was A Dump! Sorry But This Hotel Is A Box Room With A Sink, Tele & Bed! Sheets & Bed Hard! Smelt Too! Mould Above Bed! Shared Toilet & In An Area I Didn't Like! Too Many Drunks & Drug Uses! Left & Booked A New Room! I Would Say Avoid!!

Only problem I had was the front door everytime i went into the bnb the door was heavy snd seemed to slam and I was scared if disturbing other guests but that's it xx

From the moment we got there the manager mandy was extremely welcoming couldn't do enough for us the room was fantastic spacious and clean had hot water in the shower and colour TV with remote in our room and with 3 kids at night that TV came in really handy everybody took into consideration the other guests I was really heartbroken to come home tiday made a lovely friend un mandy and her boys were the best couldn't ask for anything more xx

I didn’t like anything. We went on the fight of July to coco beach. After waiting for a long time we were told later that we are to go to a different hotel called hollingdales hotel. We went there and when we went inside our room the bed itself had a huge dip inside it. Inside the dip there is some kind of wood that goes into when laying down. The mattress itself had deep wet wood brown stains that have been there for a long time. The window had a huge gap all along the top as if the window wasn’t fitted onto the wall properly. The wardrobe was broken at the back which meant our clothes would fall out. And so we put our clothes at the window. At night it was raining and this got our clothes wet. We found out about this as we slept overnight. In the morning we were busy trying to thing how we may resolve all these issues. Me and my partner would try to dry our clothes and then would tell the property through booking.com (the chat) that we would like a room change. We did this overnight. A man came who was also the one that gave us the keys when we first came. He was moody for whatever reason but thats not something that bothered us. On our next day staying there (third day) we changed rooms and we thought all would be fine until the same man came to speak to us. He told us that we must leave the property due to damages caused in the room. We asked what damages and he says the mattress is wet and that the mattress has a hole. We said that there was rain and that the hole must’ve been there before and asked him what the proof of there not being a hole there before we came. He said that he is the proof. At this point I realise that this property doesn’t value its customers and will absolutely accuse anyone of property damage all for the sake of money. We keep saying there that we didn’t commit any damages and all that was said to us was that if we have problems and want a refund then to speak to the manager downstairs.
