The wifi was unable to connect to the internet and we had no support from the owner in resolving the issue. The camp site facilities were plentiful but each adult would have to pay £30 each for a pass. The food outlets were very disappointing with expensive menus that were poorly cooked. The camp swimming pools were only available with the expensive leisure passes and we could not use the short time slots that they were available. Seems like they are still operating under Covid restrictions with some of the self imposed rules that were explained to us by inexperienced young staff.

The accommodation was spacious and easy to find on the campsite. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Loved the caravan, everything we needed great having 2 loos the owner was fab no question was too much trouble, ran out of gas and was all sorted within 20 mins.

The only thing that could have made this stay better is having darker / black out curtains, the flood lights from the main areas are quite bright throughout the night. We used some blankets to pop up on the windows and this helped a lot.

This property was exceptionally clean, absolutely spotless. The size of the communal area was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen area equipment was great. Brilliant having two toilets, the shower was great too. Couldn’t fault the location, parking, bedrooms. Overall excellent!

The owners did not provide the code to book activities until we had left to go on holiday. Although it was a last minute booking 4 days prior to arrival it would have helped to get things organised. It should be noted on this type of holiday that virtually no activities will be available if booked last minute. We could only book on arrival. We were not informed that one of the two pool facilities would be closed from the Sunday of arrival which was another nail in the coffin. There were no towels, oven gloves, tea towels or basics to help you settle in. I have done holiday letting for years so I found this to be an extremely poor service and it would be for me a basic expectation. Caravans are peculiar things, it seemed to sway for no reason - ie no wind and no one was moving inside and something was living in the gutter. No wifi was available - there was a router but you couldn't access it and the site wide provision dropped off every five minutes. I found out that another family had booked last minute a similar caravan through Haven direct at a fraction of the cost and did have towels etc provided. I feel extremely short changed and that the property was Mis-sold due to lack of information and service.

The weather. The beds were comfy and the shower was ok - extract does not work though.

There was only one glass to drink out of in the caravan, so we ended up buying more. My son unplugged the wifi by accident and then it didn't work all weekend.

Great location for the Lakehouse and close to our friends who were on Lake View. The street is wide and the caravans are well spaced out. This meant it was quieter than other areas of the park. Ideal with 2 young children The caravan is modern inside and had everything you could need for a break away. The shower was also excellent. Plenty of parking outside.

The caravan was lovely. The host was easy to get hold of when needed, and more importantly, it wasn't far to the beach. Nice quiet location (just needed some chairs to sit out whilst it was sunny )

Radiators didn't come on for 2 days, so had put it on without using the timer, I slept in the lounge, it was freezing cold every night The beds weren't made up, and no bedding provided, so had to phone up, Fridge had no retainers in the door for milk or butter.

Dirty unwashed mug on main bedroom shelf on arrival. Oven seal broken so only Just managed to cook frozen food but with difficulty. No seating outside of the caravan which was a shame.

Place is beautiful. The caravan is complete with everything. Really nice peaceful place and also a good base to search Filey and their beautiful cliffs. The owner of the caravan is so helpful and quick to response with all your questions. Will be back here for sure.
