We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We was welcomed by a lovely staff member who showed us up to our room and explained everything very well. Apartment was lovely and clean with a great sea view. All just as we expected. Thankyou coastal plaza. We will definitely back again soon.

Was disappointed that considering it was self catering there was no hob and oven for cooking. Eating out is very expensive and we were expecting to be able to cook meals .

Location was ideal andaway from the noise. Modern and clean with parking facilities and the tram across the road.

Room was spacious and very clean. Tram stop right outside hotel. Short walk to the pleasure Beach and south pier. Would definitely return to this hotel for a short stay.

The location and it was modern, however would book a sea view next time as the view from our room was minimal. But overall we would definitely stay again ;)

Just a little something as we went with teenage girls. There room was open onto the room/kitchen with just a archway (no door) so was difficult for them to have privacy when we were up earlier and noises we made disturbed them. Also Not enough storage in bathroom and child's room. There are no shelves or wardrobes or anything in these rooms. (Everything stayed on floor). (Sweeping brush/dustpan and brush would of come in handy too) But this is just a few things didnt ruin our stay at all but maybe something for owner to look into.

The room was amazing with a beach view. Was in the location we wanted to be. The room was clean and the manager was great on greeting us. We loved our stay we more then likely would stay again if we returned to blackpool.

Nothing! The tiniest thing was when we arrived, I couldn't get hold of the reception. It kept going to voemail, but he called me back within 20 minutes, and the problem was resolved.

The location was absolutely perfect, right across the road from the tram station. This side of Blackpool just feels better for me! I've always stayed on the other side, but I feel like this side of town is calmer and nicer (just my opinion). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern with plenty of space.

The sofa bed wasn't overly comfortable, but I guess that's standard. The other guests were very inconsiderate with noise levels late into the night - particularly loud conversations in the hallways and allowing doors to repeatedly slam shut. A lamp/coffee table in the sitting area would have been helpful.

The apartment was spacious and more than comfortable for our family. Nice touch with the inclusion of plastic cups/plates for the kids, plenty of towels etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

I can’t fault the property at all !

The property was clean and modern and comfortable… Richard was friendly and very helpful . Location is brilliant because it’s close enough to everything but just far enough to get peace at night .
