A little more choice/variety on the fruits/yoghurts would have been welcomed for breakfast, and semi skimmed rather than whole milk, but there are just personal preferences and am alerting for future guests, not complaining.

The b&b is in lovely surrounds, by a national trust park. The kitchen area is large and fully equipped as is the lounge area if you needed a change of scene from your bedroom. Breakfast was self assembly as stated and I particularly enjoyed the home made bread. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The accommodation and facilities at Clumber Lane End Farm far outweighed our expectations. Generous space, lovely setting, perfect hosts, great breakfast provided. A true gem, which I would highly recommend to others.

That we had such a short time to stay.

The cottage is so cozy, Alison is an excellent host, made sure we got in OK as it was dark on arrival. The bed and bedding were really good quality. Waking up to look out over fields with the birds singing is so relaxing. We will be back for sure. Home made loaf left for us was such a nice touch too.

Clumber lane farm is beautiful, we stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much space, the decor is gorgeous. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. For breakfast there was fresh bread and butter, yogurts, cereal and plenty more. Perfect place to stay. We will be back and have recommended ❤️

The host was very helpful and welcoming. The annexe was beautifully presented and very cosy and homely. The bed was comfortable and facilities were wonderful. Highly recommended.

The facilities were excellent and very clean. Very comfy bed and spacious lounge. The homemade loaf was delicious and a lovely touch. It was easy to find, gorgeous views and very quiet. Very relaxing and having the kitchen facilities gave us more choice to eat in.

Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

Fabulous little touches made us feel right at home. The fresh baked bread was AMAZING! we were well catered for. We will definitely be back.

Can't think of anything

Although we had to prepare our own breakfast there was plenty of food available and it was of very high quality especially the home-baked bread. We also liked having a separate sitting room and being able to have a drink outside

Everything. The building and grounds were beautiful and the house itself was well presented with exceptional decor and clean. The value for money that you get at Clumber Farm is incredible, not to mention the freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for you on arrival.

Nothing. It was so lovely. I guess if you don’t like preparing and clearing up after your meals, this might not be the place for you, but it suited me. Felt like home.

Peaceful and very comfortable accommodation. Lovely to have the sitting room to relax in and freedom to prepare breakfast for myself. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was good. Alison the host was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for breaking a long journey: I’d go back to explore the local area as there’s many things to see and do within easy reach.

The mattress is a little firm but that is our opinion and it would be fine for many people, I am sure

The location was amazing. Literally in Clumber Park. The breakfast eggs, bread, fruit, avocado were very much to our taste. We also used the kitchen to prepare/heat a meal in the evening and everything worked really well. We loved the ducks, hens, dog too.
