Provide more hooks or shelves in each bathroom so we can hang our clothes or place shower gels, etc.

    1. Quietness and a good place to simply sleep after a hard day work in London. 2. I also like the iron drawers under the bed, they let you store your laptop in safety (but bring your own padlock). 3. The kitchen at the basement is good place to work and socialise.

Rooms a bit cramped. Lots of traffic noise- I don't think the windows are double glazed so I had a really broken nights sleep. Breakfast was ok- cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, salad, but NO BUTTER just vegan spread which limited my options which was disappointing. Only given one pillow. Locker quite small, couldn't fit my rucksack it in so be prepared.

Staff really helpful. Close to Kings Cross. Can leave your bags. Kitchen facilities good. Reception had stuff for sale, there's a Co-op next door. Cleaning going on all the time. Good value for money if you take earplugs.

The only improvement would be to put curtains round the bunks for privacy. Otherwise, all good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated an early check-in (for a small fee). Convenient location and cheap price for London. Good selection of products available to purchase from reception (toiletries, flip flops, etc).

Just the people that clearly didn't shower that night. Dem tinkkkkkk inna hot british weather. Mhmmm.

Staff were easy to talk to, rooms were clean enough to not feel uncomfortable sleeping in. Bathrooms were quite clean and it's only 15 minutes away from st pancreas Station which was why I stayed I wouldn't stay more than 2 days though. The rooms were a bit cramped

Minor issue. It was hard to keep your gear dry when showering. Maybe a couple more hooks and a little shelf high up for your toiletries would be an improvement.

Bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Location was conveniently close to tube and national rail. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked like a great set up.

Good Hostel but Bunks too hot in the Summer

The bunks got quite hot at a temperature of only 25 degrees outside. I don't want to imagine how hot it would get in the summer. The air conditioning was not able to cool it down enough to make the temperature comfortable.

I loved the bunks, they provide a lot of privacy and make the overall experience very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms seem to be cleaned regularly. Good kitchen with everything you would need.

The air in the rooms can be stuffy. Management must find a way to ventilate and allow natural air to come in an refress the air. The can shut down between 10 am and 12 noon and simply open all windows and allow fresh air to circulate.

    1. Location, 2. the level of quietness in the rooms. 3. The staff were super accessible even when you lost your keys, they simply reprint. 4. Staff are ready to answer any questions. 5. The staff dressing make them look so simple like any other customer. 6. The staff allow you to sit in the lobby, where you can eat snacks or use your laptop.

The bathrooms only had 1 sink, which made it pretty crowded at times. The rooms were a bit small.

1.Bathroom are sometimes not clean, because of the people who do not understand about hygiene and cleanliness. That one time the toilet was not flushed and it stinked the entire night,it was really filthy.Staffs took care of it the next day. 2.Rooms are a bit small,it might bother a few

    1. Beds are comfortable, bedsheets clean. 2.The location is near the King's cross railway station which is 5 mins walk to the hostel. 3.Shared kitchen has enough utensils, plates, two microwaves and gas stoves and a good seating place. 4.Breakfast is good but no eggs.

Nice enough facilities, convenient location, but HOT at night
    • Leisure trip
    • Solo traveller
    • Bed in Female Dormitory Room for 10 People

The room was insanely, absurdly hot at night. There were 4 bunkbeds in my room, which meant that there was one bed up against both windows, and if the person sleeping there didn't want the windows open, we had to sweat it out all night. Also the hostel had a no outside alcohol policy, which I could understand if they didn't sell their own alcohol at the front desk. Overall, the hostel had an ok vibe--Definitely not a party hostel (while I was there).

The property is in a convenient location near King's Cross and seems to be well-secured with locks on all the doors. Plenty of female-only rooms and bathrooms and everything was generally pretty clean, despite the decor in the lobby looking a bit outdated.

One washbasin in the girls bathroom and one in the room isn't much, especially as they are quite small and there is no space for a small toiletries bag. No issues this time but maybe because I slept in.

Good value and comfortable location. The pod I slept in was very comfortable and I enjoyed the privacy.

It's what you'd expect from a budget hostel - the room/bed was very cramped, and there was only one sink in the shared bathroom. Towels aren't provided so make sure you bring your own (or you can hire one for £4).

Friendly and clean, fun decor, great location and easy to check in/out. You can leave your luggage there after check out at no extra cost, which was really helpful.

The pillows in my sleeping compartment could be a little softer and fluffier. That’s the only complaint I have.

It was interesting sleeping in a dormitory that felt like a Japanese capsule hotel. The breakfast was good. Finally, it was nice to do my own laundry, and not pay a fortune for it!

There was only 1 sink in the women’s bathroom which meant you had to line up to wash your hands. There’s no bench at the sink either so you have to hold your things.

The location is the best part. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras. There’s a bunch of restaurants and stores surrounding the hostel.
