Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom was very small and compact, but the beds were comfortable and we had a great sea view.
The hotel reception team were very helpful, we checked-in quickly and without any issues. Over the weekend we were celebrating a 90th birthday and the restaurant manager was very accommodating and allocated a table for sole use during our stay and the restaurant staff were first class and service was very good. Meals were fine with no complaints. The dining room, coffee lounge, cocktail bar and ballroom were very clean with plenty of seats at all times.

United KingdomIf you stay in the internal rooms in the corridors, it can get warm. If you open your window, it's usually cooler then. They also have a fan in the wardrobe & if you need more, just ask at reception for another one & they bring it up straight away. They are very good. That's the only fault I can find.
I always love staying at the Cliff's. Bed's are super comfy, & it's always spotlessly clean. Food is fantastic & staff very friendly. Entertainment is good too in the evening. The location is also good as it's right opposite the local tram & bus links into town or Fleetwood. It's the quieter end of Blackpool as well. The beach is clean & nice & quiet if you fancy a decent walk.
