We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bed slightly uncomfortable and very hard to open the top window - seems others had previously tried and failed as the frame between the glass pains was already broken. Table Service in the bar in the evening was a little hit and miss, although noted the bar was busy Would also suggest putting a rubbish receptacle on the breakfast tables for yoghurt pits, butter wrappings etc.

United KingdomWe have stayed there before and the management has tried to encourage you to book on their website by offering discounts. They used to offer 4 nights stay for 3 nights but unfortunately the hotel policy is to offer a 10% discount which results in a much higher price for the rooms!
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and always served hot. The waitresses were friendly, always ready to oblige and provide good service, especially Maggie

Good location, adjacent to the beach, short drive to Great Yarmouth and other Norfolk attractions. Clean and comfortable. Good sized family room - we stayed with 7 year old granddaughter. Staff friendly though service for dinner slow.

Saturdays breakfast was fantastic both food and service, but Sunday the breakfast felt very unorganised too many dishes left on the tables for far too long, perhaps too much for one waitress to manage alone ,the cooked food not quite the same standard as the previous day,

United KingdomJust small niggles, mostly fixed rapidly by the staff. Eg, a small leak from the towel rail. I didn't like to fiddle in case I made it worse, but the duty manager fixed it in seconds. Eg2, I had a wonderful vegan dish in the restaurant on Monday, but they'd run out when I fancied another.
I had a large breakfast the first 2 days, and didn't need lunch. It was standard hotel fare, and plenty of it. If the hotel would like advice on a better vegan offer to make them stand out, I know lots of vegans who'd be happy to help! The rooftop balcony is a lovely place to sit with a drink.

United KingdomI told the receptionist that the plug in bathroom wasn’t working properly - room 125 - needs sorting. No lift, very poor signs to rooms on the landings - numbering just stops. Too many steps without handrails.
