Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room and especially the bathroom were very small. I was offered an upgrade for a small charge before arriving but having booked a double room with sea view I didn’t realise I needed it. Wish I’d taken them up on the offer now.
This was our first visit to the hotel. It exceeded our expectations in most things. The food was delicious and the night time entertainment was great. The staff were all lovely and a credit to the hotel.

United KingdomWith the lift being broken from the Saturday and still broken on the Monday when we left, it was hard for my husband who has COPD walking down to the toilets, but even harder walking back up the stairs...We were on the third floor so they took us up in the service lift at night. Staff did all they could to help, but think they should have 2 lifts.
All the staff were wonderful under the circumstances. (Lift was broken.). Good choices on the menu. Entertainment good.

United KingdomIf I was to be a bit picky I think the custard to the puddings was very watery and tasteless. It could do with more vanilla and thickening up. The rest of the meals were amazing. We'll done to the chef. The barman was always smiling and having a laugh with the customers. He really is the most hardworking guy.
The location. Comfort and the menu. The all-inclusive is value for money. Staff work hard to accommodate.

United KingdomOur mattress felt as if I was going to fall out of bed every night, it was alright on my hubbies side, Having a step upto the bathroom in room, not good when I kept forgetting in the middle of the night. Only public toilets were downstairs.
The staff were all lovely and friendly. . The food was all delicious and plenty of it. There was entertainment every night. Only residents are allowed in hotel
