Restaurants within walking distance aren't great (Pizza Hut, Nando's etc.)- better to drive into Inverness. Mattress a bit soft and thin. Room looks like what it is, a recently emptied student bedroom - a picture or two on the wall would help. Doors can be really noisy if left to close automatically

Good price for peak holiday time. Friendly staff. Clean functional room - no frills. Kitchen was good to have - fridge, toaster microwave and kettle. Plenty space to self-cater and save money

The location was slightly far out from the city centre. You need a car to travel. The post code mentioned here was incorrect and we were looking for the property for some 30 mins more than usual.

The whole setup was nice but there weren’t any amenities at the property!

Tiny shower, automated extractor fan took a while to turn off (over 45 minutes), not great for when trying to sleep at night.

I have only one complaint the air conditioning either doesn't work or doesn't exist the temperature peaked ai 29.7 and we had to go out and buy a fan the staff who were very helpful unfortunately were unable to help but otherwise no complaints

It was a really good price for the room. Very clean. We pretty much had the kitchen to ourselves as it was not crowded. Check in was easy and no waiting. Overall really good experience!

The location is slightly noisy: train line one side; air ambulance and A9 nearby. Also, being close to a talking lift was a bit noisy. Great to have self-catering and provision of washing up liquid was appreciated, but I would also have expected provision of a dish cloth/ brush and drying up cloth.

It provided an opportunity for affordable accommodation with provision for self-catering during the main tourist season close to Inverness.

Beds are uncomfortable and the double bed is small for two people. There are no bins or hand wash in the rooms

It was affordable with easy access to the city center, the security staff were lovely and check in and out was very straight forward.

Not clean. Tiny room and shower. Beds so so. Noisy! Big party friday night until late. Far from center. Ok If you only stay 1-2 nights, beware weekend parties if loud noise bothers you.

Staff is great. Good laundry facility with dryers. Campus quite lovely.

The kitchen was unclean and if you advertise use of a kitchen, it should be clean. The full garbage was not removed everyday and the "lounge" was three small couches in the kitchen (quite small) and they were stained. It's pretty disgusting for students who come here full time really.

The room was small (we expected this) but had enough storage for our belongings. There was no garbage and the shower was so tiny.

Really noisy doors in the wing due to the springs on them being set too tight, therefore doors were banging (Very Loudly ) until after 11pm

Younger people of the staff do not care about you at all. At Campus number 7, the older man Roy was caring and nice but the younger staff Gavin gave me wrong directions about the supermarket and when I complained to him he basically ignored me. I lost two hours because of him. Location 40 minutes walk to the center, there is a bus stop somewhere near but I could not find it.

Wifi works well. Rooms are clean and tidy The shower works well. Nice kitchen with microwave.
