Would be good if the second exit door key is provided for convinience. Kitchen utensils are old (pans and pots).

The location is good, I like the flexibility on arrival and departure times with prior notification, I felt like at home. No noise.

The post code took us to the front of the property where there was no parking. We had to ring the host to find out how to access the property. Clearer instructions would have been helpful. We didn't get the key code until we were nearly there, which was a bit worrying. We then had to ring to find out how to turn on the heating because the apartment was cold. The kitchen was very poorly resourced. There was washing up liquid and a t-towel but no washing up bowl, sponge or dishcloth, yet we had been told to do our own washing up. There were two sharp knives but no chopping board or bread board. The description said there was a bath, also a coffee making machine, neither of which were there. The TV did not work properly. There were only two towels, no hand towels or a bath mat. There were only two hangers, one of which was unusable because it was sticky.

It's more like student accommodation. In great need of a re-paint. Sofa was ripped down the middle. 3 chairs for a 4-person flat, so one of us had to sit on the sofa to eat. Only 2 forks!!!! Badly equipped kitchen. Cobwebs in the kitchen. Thin duvets and pillows. Wardrobe leaning at an angle and felt it would fall on you. Stated toiletries were supplied, and there were none. For the price we paid, it was poor. I suggest a re paint and new furniture/bedding/equipment to justify the price.

This place is poor, read the reviews before booking! Though, it's obvious that the host isn't taking note of previous very poor reviews. The place is dirty, it's obvious no cleaning is being undertaken, the skirting boards haven't had a clean for ages. There's dust & cobwebs everywhere and the toilet brush was full of poo, this was the reason there was a poo smell emanating from the toilet (absolutely disgusting!) and the worst is that this was mentioned in a previous review but not cleaned. The Shower cubicle is dirty and the shower door fell off its rollers, again this was mentioned in a previous review and yet NOT fixed.  There's no Bath mat or hand towel. The woodwork has not seen a lick of paint for years, there were coffee stains on the skirting board. The one chair in the kitchen is dangerous and has a loose leg and the settee has a massive tear in it, again mentioned in previous reviews but still not fixed or changed. The kitchen table was dirty. There's no dish cloth, light in the fridge broken, behind the TV on top of the fridge was filthy. The TV control batteries or remote needs changing and the light in the corridor doesn't work properly. The kitchen clock needs a new battery, there was not enough cutlery and we had to wash everything before we used them, as the place was so dirty. The wardrobe in the main bedroom is dangerous and needs securing to the wall, as it's leaning badly and the bedroom windows cannot be opened. There are no pillow or mattress protectors provided. AND YET, the host left a long list of 'Do Nots' (not a nice welcoming), one of which stated we had to clean up after ourselves, pity the host hadn't taken the same care in making sure the place was clean in the first place AND to top it all we had to vacate the place by 9.30am (we are on a break for goodness sake!).

Some of the things were broken so difficult to use, such as the ironing board, the toilet roll holder, the shower door.

The apartment would only have needed a few very small tweaks to push it to the top rating. There needed to be a bedside table or shelf for glasses/phones/water, etc. A shelf or hook in the bathroom for your washbag and clothes and a bathmat. The weather was very cold at night, so we stayed in after tea. The dining chairs were uncomfortable to watch the tv on, although I appreciate there would be very little room for a sofa or armchairs. A small welcome pack of instructions for the heating, etc, would have been very helpful.

The location was fantastic. We parked on the free car park when we arrived and never had to move the car until we left. The shops were only a few minutes walk away. The apartment layout and facilities were excellent.

The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, the settee was ripped right down the middle of the seat we would not sit on it, exposed pipes next to kitchen table, extension leads in front of fridge a tripping hazard ⚠️. Overall very disappointed as pictures did not show extent of wear on in the bedroom and furniture. Will not return.

It was very dark on arrival and there was little external lighting to help. I had to use the torch on my phone to be able to find the keys. Entrance is unappealing and cleaning supplies are left. Bathroom was dirty and I had to buy wipes to clean it myself. Shower had not been cleaned properly for a while, and there were white splatters on the walls which looked like other peoples toothpaste. I contact property during my stay via email and sent pictures but didn't get a response. I contacted Booking.com on my return home and was offered £11 refund, when I had paid £42 cleaning charge. I do not feel that my complaint was appropriately dealt with or considered. Having a dirty bathroom/shower really impacts your experience. There were holes in the walls and it all looked a bit tired.

Current management is poor: broken drawer at shelf. Bed linen is fine and clean but overall cleanness is not squicky clean. For me on busyness trip is OK but for seasoned female tourist that would be perceived as not clean enough. They need to put new box for key - current one is worn off so takes 3-5 minutes to open or close.

Well arranged and all facilities are new. The best was a sound of Church bells training exercise on Monday from 6 to 9. I would highly recommend to listen to that. Very unique experience

The lighting immediately outside the door to the appartment wasn't working and the keys did not easily go into the locks which gave us some initial anxiety. When we arrived the window in the living room/kitchen had blown or been left wide open and rain had come in onto the table. The TV remote had got wet but luckily still worked. There were no forks in the cutlery and no tin opener. No baking tray (for pizza for example) and only 2 dinner plates and although lots of wine glasses, no tumblers for juices etc.

The location was great for us to access the town centre and attend the events we were going to. The parking was a definite attraction for us and motivated us to book this accomodation. Clean and tidy. Lots of pans, mainly small. Good shower. Giant comfortable bed. We felt secure.

The property was very small. There was mould on top of the fridge and it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. The shower screen was broken and the sofa cushion had split. Pictures online weren’t representative of the apartment we had. Disappointing as we paid a considerable amount of money.

Where to start, we arrived after asking for parking and when we got there car park was full (converted rear garden). We drove round the maze of 1 way streets all with permit parking or double yellows. We contacted the property and booking.com to ask for help only after 45mins we got back and a car had been moved. Which is strange when we reserved parking. The key box one of four which didn't have numbers to let you know which. Got into the third floor room and wow its tiny someone was very creative with a fisheye lens. The living room/ kitchen was lacking no dining table as pictured and implied/ cutlery well lack of it 1 fork, 2 spoons, 3 teaspoons and 4 knives. The wall have chunks of food that hadn't been clean off and food debris left on the worktop. Half a pint of milk was left in the fridge. The bathroom had urine stained vinyl/ rusty bathroom cabinet with the towel holder inside as it had fell off. What look like toothpaste all around the sink and wall. A repaired hole in the roof form the original light I guess. The bedroom had two singles wedged together for the double. The window had a full handprint in grease. The eaves made a small room even smaller if your 6ft ish the eaves are a problem around the bed you will hit your head navigating it. The same issue in the living area although more on a side you don't need to go near. The windows had cobwebs and dead creatures everywhere. We left the property after 40 mins feeling grotty from being in there. We told booking.com we were not staying there and forked out £240 for another property to go to which was spot on. I wouldn't stay at this location if you paid me too. The property is meant to be professionally cleaned, I wonder by who? A blind cleaner I would guess or a ghost. Look at the reviews and the ratings it should be taken of booking.com. The room given to us also was not on the 40pics advertised.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this apartment for a two-week rental period, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The only saving grace was its location, which was the sole reason for giving it a single good comment. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by cobwebs that seemed to have taken residence in every nook and cranny. It was as if the cleaning crew hadn't visited this place in years. The walls, which were supposed to provide a clean and welcoming environment, were instead adorned with snot and water stains and just dirt that left us feeling disgusted and repulsed. Hoping to rectify the situation, my partner left to purchase cleaning products to tackle the mess ourselves. We scrubbed tirelessly, desperately trying to restore some semblance of cleanliness, but it felt like a never-ending battle. The dirt on the door frames and walls was deeply ingrained, making it apparent that proper maintenance and regular cleaning had been severely neglected. To add insult to injury, we discovered that the washing machine, an essential amenity for any extended stay, was completely broken. We promptly reported the issue, requesting immediate repair, but our plea fell on deaf ears. Despite several reminders and assurances, the problem was never resolved during our stay, leaving us without the means to clean our clothes adequately. The lack of responsiveness from the management regarding the broken washing machine was highly disappointing. It demonstrated a complete disregard for the comfort and well-being of their guests. In a situation where a basic amenity was non-functional, their negligence was simply inexcusable. Overall, my stay at this apartment was abhorrent. The unsanitary conditions, with cobwebs and snot stains aplenty, were beyond what anyone should have to endure. The broken washing machine, coupled with the management's lack of urgency and incompetence, only added to our stress.

The convenient location was the sole reason I would give this property a good response. It is a stroll to the city centre with lots of places nearby and easy to get to on foot.
