The apartment was grubby, the carpets needed a steam clean, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there is a smell from the drains at times. There wasn't much sound proofing between the apartments. The beds weren't very comfortable. Overall suited our needs as a family for a short stay.

The location, space of the apartment internally, value for money. The apartment was very well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, washing machine, TV channels, lots of towels, pillows and extra blankets.

The apartment wasn’t clean, there was food left on the counters, quite a strong smell of food and there was a toenail clipping in one of the beds, meaning the sheets probably weren’t changed. The wardrobe was on a dangerous angle away from the wall and the sofa arm was broken and was hidden by a fitted sheet.

The beds were comfortable and the location was good for what we needed.

The apartment seemed a bit tired, doors hanging off cupboards, needed cleaning and bits of painting. I’ve stayed in several of these flats and this one was the most tired. The radiator didn’t work in the main bedroom.

The flat as very basic. No hooks to hang anything up. The smaller room had twin beds but absolutely nothing else so no bedside cabinets or side lights- just one very bright overhead one.

Entrance was cluttered and unclean. Apartment was unclean and was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. Uncompfy. We found a sweet under the bed. The soap dish was rusty. The skirting boards were dusty and dirty...the bottom of the shower was dirty. Mirrors were dirty.

Location was great! And free parking was a bonus.

Cobwebs in the kitchen, grimy table, mouldy ventilator, unclean shower soap holder, dirty bathroom cabinet, nothing to wipe down the kitchen benches, freezer frozen with ice, refrigerator unclean, dooe handles unclean, no brush and broom to sweep floor, top drawer bedroom closet broken, kitchen was sticky on bare feet. All in all not a wonderful experience after a long flight and train ride.

Needs a full deep clean...skirting boards filthy,. Kitchen not clean, bathroom filthy, carpets all marked. The housekeeper was stood outside chatting for over an hour on the one morning so understand why the apartments aren't cleaned properly. Guests to other apartments were ringing the buzzer in the night and throwing mud and stones at the windows to be let in.. Sofa which is in the kitchen was all ripped.

Not cleaned or maintained very well. Kitchen only had 2 very small pans, both dirty/rusty. No dining table in flat 6, had to sit on floor and use coffee table. No cloth/sponge etc to do washing up.

Good location to city centre. Free parking at rear but can get busy so limit to 1 car.

Pillows where dismal. I used three to make up one. Kitchen floor had food stains on when arrived. No forks in the kitchen draw. Messaged host on booking.com after arrival. Did not receive any response. No bath mat provided also.

The bed was spacious, close to the centre of town. Within walking distance. Car parking available.

the property was an attic flat with very low ceilings in the bedroom which were problematic tried to get an invoice from the property afterwards for business purposes and this never arrived despite asking several times

The cleaning was not the best. Garlic Bread still in the microwave. Either blood or ketchup on the floor. large split in the sofa and the wood was coming off from under cooker. table had also not been cleaned

It wasn’t very clean at all, floors needed hoovering, mopping, everything needed at the very least dusting and in fact carpets needed a good deep clean. the crockery and cutlery all needed scrubbing before being used. Its a serviced apartment with no service. They expect you to wash your dishes but don’t provide a sponge. I would have been happy to mop the floor, wipe the surfaces if cleaning products had been provided, and frankly they needed doing. Mattress were uncomfortable leading to not the best nights sleep and there is a sewage or septic tank smell emanating mainly from the bathroom area.

It needed a deep clean. For a 9:30am check out and 2:30pm check in unclear there is plenty of time to clean to a higher standard unless they are limited to 10minutes an apartment. Shower had not been properly cleaned for a while. You could hear neighbours talking through the walls.

getting the keys in the dark. reading the key box that is very low down. the beds were terrible. the double is the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. two singles with a ridge down the middle and a flat mattress. also I am 5’8” and my feet were over the edge of the bed. the single was too short for an adult too. there were cobwebs in the bathroom. everything was shabby.

Didnt fully disike anything. The flat was very suitable for a weekend break but we would have struggled if we'd been there longer as the living space was compact. No table and chairs would have meant eating on our laps but as Worcester has so many great places to eat it didn't matter. The bedroom was a good size but reduced head height on the window side did cause us to have to duck a bit.

The property is around a ten minute walk from the centre so is in a good location. Compact living space (studio style) but nice size bedroom with a large comfortable zip and link bed. Linen was clean and fresh and the flat was nice and clean. Shower room was clean and not too small, although the standard shower could be a problem for plus-size people. Flat 6 is on the second floor so only suitable for able bodied guests. Building was nice and quiet and we were not aware of other guests. A good location for enjoying the City, and the parking means you can relax and forget the car for your stay. The flat wasn't perfect, but we were comfortable and would stay again.
