The location felt a bit unsafe and I panicked a bit trying to get access to the property because there were some people running/walking up and down the road repeatedly outside who I thought might try to follow me into the property. It was very dark when I arrived and I wasn't sure where to look to find the lock since it was impossible to see the numbers on the door handle without a torch. So I think either clearer instructions that the digital lock is on the door handle, or a light outside that would make it more obvious to see the lock might help better in this situation. But glad that all was sorted in the end, and the host was very helpful with quick responses while I was trying to gain access.

I enjoyed my brief stay and felt like there was everything I needed. The TV was a nice touch with Netflix :) I was worried that I would hear lots of noise from the road and from other guests, but it was actually fairly quiet during my stay.

Easily one of the nicest accommodations i have stayed at in the 3 years i have been in this job role travelling The UK. Quiet very quiet. There were other guest there but didnt hear them unless in the corridor or see them at front door.. Internals have beens beens finished to a high standard. Cleanliness 10/10. The kitchen facilities are best iv seen and used. Everything is brand new from cookers fridge freezers so no need to have takeaway each night. EVERYTHING you would need. On steeet Parking available directly in front of the property. Large wall mounted TV. Now a big one there was ALWAYS Hot water kitchen, ensuite and the double shower feature was greatly welcomed. 24 hour convenience store 2 minutes from the property. Cannot fault this place at all.

We did have a slight issue with the TV as it was barely attached to the wall. It was wonky, so i went over to investigate. It had been attached incorrectly and fell off, luckily whilst I had hold of it. We did repair it and attach it correctly to the wall, ensuring it wasn't going to fall off again. The area was a little sketchy and had a lot of police presence.

The apartment was spotless with a modern decor throughout. It was fresh and clean and faultless. The bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower with adjustable temperature to suit each person. There was cutlery, mugs, a kettle, microwave, and an air fryer (in the cupboard). There were a couple of shops nearby if you needed essentials. There was a car park a short walk away with reserved parking too.

Probably just me, but I couldn't activate current TV programmes such as the news but it very easily let me enjoy Netflix and catch up TV.

Perfect for me, on my own. Compact, yet spacious with modern bathroom and kitchen area. Will definitely stay again.

Dirty tea towels, skimpy pillows, awful bedside light, no self contained cooking facilities, not being informed that there was a kitchen, no ironing facilities despite asking for them and being told they were in the kitchen. Other guests slamming doors.

Not enough cutlery. Could do with a tin opener and a bin in the kitchen area. No large plates and only one mug. The cutlery wasn't clean. Only two plug sockets for three appliances and they were at the back of the microwave.

The instructions for the keypad weren't detailed enough. No mention of pressing the middle button. It also timed out after 5 seconds and then stopped working for 10 minutes. I was locked out for a while. Luckily someone answered the ring doorbell. The fault was fixed pretty quickly but booking.com made me feel that it was my fault!

We had a complicated arrival and didn’t get the keys for two and a half hours. The door was unlocked. Codes for doors are easily guessed. Building smelt of cannabis. We had no sleep due to banging, music, shouting and running. Room keys are the same as front door meaning anyone could access each others rooms!

The booking did not warn that a mobile phone number was essential to receive access instructions that would not be sent until midday of the day of arrival. If the outer door had been locked, or if a helpful resident had not called the owner - achieving contact on the third attempt, I would not have been able to get in. In spite of a notice saying the outer door must be locked when not in use, it was always unlocked. The tiny bin in the bathroom was insufficient, a bin in the kitchen would have been useful The blind over the desk was broken, it was impossible to raise it. A light over the desk would have made it more useful. The fridge rocked when used. This is not good for the fridge.

Someone was double booked, they tried to get into the room. If door hadn’t been locked they would have walked right in. Made for an uncomfortable stay. Bed also not Suitable for 2 people. Very small bed, had to sleep in one position and couldn’t turn over as we would fall of the bed
