Room was very good. Great extras for Tea and Coffee plus Iron Bru with Shortbread. Breakfast was excellent. Good quality portions and well prepared. Staff were all polite and very helpful.

Our room was in the stairwell and we had our dog with us, so sometimes people being loud made her bark. We still loved our stay, but maybe consider putting guests with dogs out of the way?

Super friendly staff, and a welcome pack and breakfast for our dog. Walking distance to city centre, nice atmosphere and good beers on tap. Amazing value for money!

The room was nice but the shower was a bit difficult to work turned it on and it was cold and water went everywhere and it was also a bit difficult to turn off. The breakfast could have been better.

The location was perfect it was about a 5 min walk to train station and city centre.

the building is old. Room and bathroom were smalling strange, kind of smell you would feel in older buildings. Windows were of old style, not double glazed if I am not mistaken. So, not great sound isolation.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was much better compared to "good breakfast"s served in other hotels. It took a while to get someone to reception for check-out. the ring there did not sim to work.

The decor in our room and the bathroom is in need of refresh. It all looked a bit tired and shabby. Some of the electrics do not work and need to be checked over. Although the shower worked very well, it was impossible not to spray water over the window and window sill. A very odd setup.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good position with only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Inverness. A good choice for breakfast. Evening meals were available.

The bed wasn't very comfortable & the room was really warm which made it difficult to sleep in. It was overpriced but everywhere in Inverness is now expensive to stay. The plugs weren't very accessible for us but as an older building that is to be expected.

The restaurant/ pub area was lovely. We had the breakfast which was tasty & the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was handy for us to be allowed the dogs with us. Decent size room & it was clean.

A lovely hotel. Comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly staff, what more could you wish for. Plenty of parking available, good for motorcyclists. Very convenient for walking into town.

Would have preferred breakfast buffet arrangement but AOK. Porridge needs working on in my opinion.

Location was good for us. Friendly staff. Our Ebikes got indoors overnight. Good evening meal for hungry cyclists.

The hotel is a popular social venue and was a little noisy. However, this was made worse by the fact that we had an early start for a bike race. Having said this we did sleep well after the evening quietened down a little. The staff were so helpful and friendly that we would definitely stay again.

overpowering smell of bleach in room from the cleaning, and the window did not stay open
