Lovely room, very clean, comfy and spacious. We had a really nice breakfast cooked for us both mornings and the kids really enjoyed theirs also. Great location and what really topped it off was how friendly and welcoming Jo and Martin are, they were very helpful and made us all feel at home. The kids loved it.

Excellent location with easy access to multi storey car park. Few minutes walk to local park, pier, beach and town centre. All right on the doorstep. Family friendly accommodation with some nice little touches. Great shower too. Fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble, they also cooked a delicious breakfast to set you up for the day.

We stayed at Cherwood Guest house for two nights and we loved it. The room was cosy and lovely decorated, the breakfast was amazing, home cooked with love, we really enjoyed. Jo and Martin are very hospitable and fantastic hosts , it was so nice to talk to them. The location is brilliant, perfect for travelling with kids.

Our first stay but definately not our last. Our room was ready early so we had a message to say we could check in which was great. A lovely warm welcome greeted us from Martin, Jo was out so we met her at breakfast the following morning. The whole house was immaculate and spotless and the decor done beautifully. Our room had everything you needed and the little touches were very well thoughtout, the shower was also excellent. Breakfast (cooked by Martin) was the best we've ever had in any b and b previously, a high accolade but very true. We did meet Jo at breakfast who was very warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The location in Paignton was the best, out the door and right to the beach and pier, left to the shops, buses, steam train plus all on the flat so very accessible. Highly Recommend, 10 out 10, if you over look this one, you've missed a treat you will regret.

The breakfast was excellent I recommend it, rooms was comfortable beds was clean and neat and tidy, the shower and toilets was very clean and had a lovely smell well the entire house have a lovely smell Internet excellent.

Jo & Martin were exceptional hosts. They make all guests feel welcome and provide exceptional customer service, with advice on the local area. The breakfast was delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we would look to stay here again. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to visit the area.😁.

Parking is off site, not a problem for us. Its all dealt with efficiently.
