Parking in space 9 not practical, car parked in next space so unable to get my small car in due to walls . Had to park in Keswick then move car once space became available at front of building on penultimate day of holiday.

No towels provided. Thought this was odd, particularly since I can't see anything on the booking.com info that makes that clear. Almost everywhere provides towels as standard these days, so it should be clear if that's not the case. Thought we were going to have to drive to Penrith to buy some, but thankfully found the Cancer Research shop in Keswick sells (new) towels. Would be better if the heating system had a timer, even if it was just to have a lower temperature at night. The cooker hood didn't seem to work. Our son used our en suite for showers as the shower over bath in his room had no curtain or screen.

Brilliant location close to the town centre. Comfortable and warm, generally well equipped. Great to have a parking space (yes, slightly awkward, but wasn't a problem at all). Lovely living space with bay window. Cosy blankets for snuggling up on the sofa.

Nothing special. The only thing I could say is that the key box is at the back door so it was a bit confusing even though we had an instruction.

We had a great time staying there. The apartment was so warm and cosy. The rooms and both rooms were so clean. Literally, 3-minute walk from the main square where shops and restaurants are around. The parking at the back of the apartment was tight enough to park but we rented a compact size car so there was no issue parking there for us. Everything was perfect.

There were no apparent towels ( although a towel service of £20 was included ) after a call to owner we were informed there were 3 rather old bath towels in a drawer under the bed . It didn’t spoil our visit at all .

Beautifully clean and comfortable apartment, very near centre of Keswick , with the advantage of an allocated parking space . Would definitely recommend and would happily use again .

The only improvement I would suggest is that a shower curtain be installed in the bathroom so that the floor will not get splashed.

Excellent location. The property is only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops in the town centre. Walking to the bus terminal takes about 10 minutes where to can find buses to most of the famous walking routes. The property itself is very spacious. It can sleep up to 4 people and has a big living room with an open kitchen. As there were only the 2 of us, the flat was roomy and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed in this property and most probably we are going to o use it again when we return to Keswick in future.

Floors were quite creaky (old building) and a couple of little bits missed in the cleaning - easily done, and not an issue.

The bath in the twin en-suite could do with a shower screen although we managed without.

Very functional apartment in an ideal location. Everything about our trip was perfect. The owner Steve was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and will undoubtedly be coming back again!

A lovely, spacious apartment, right in Keswick. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses etc. Bed was comfy and the shower was lovely, warm, and had good pressure. The parking space was very handy as it was a nightmare to get parking, especially at the bank holiday. The host was very engaging, answering questions within minutes of me posting them. I will definitely stay here again.
