Sign to navigate within the hotel could have been better as going around was confusing. Also a brief for guest about facilities and option available to the guest could have been nice for new guest to know.

Rooms were good and clean. Swim pool and leisure area was comfortable

Car parking nightmare.. Shower curtains that waft onto you.. Poor shower pressure in my room 3rd floor..Second building

Location and price.. especially for overseas tourist who lose half their currency value on conversion to GBP £. Able to book & arrive later... 11pm, hence a family room for one.. It's an old rambling place.. Not meant to impress, suits a need. Staff pleasant.

Room was on a different side of the building and had to carry luggage from one side to other side via 2 sets of lifts.

Our room was quite hot due to having no window ( we were told about the window on arrival) However we were given another fan, and as this was a late booking on a bank holiday weekend, due to our original hotel not honouring our reservation, we were happy to have a bed for the night.

The food was lovely, breakfast and 3 course dinner were buffet style, but very nicely presented

There was mild in are windows. And good under are beds. No hair dryer in the room and no hair and body wash wasn’t filled up.

Staff welcoming and on the departure. No smile no simple how are you! On departure I was not even asked how was everything and I was given "give me the keys" request. Awful customer service. Small car park so we ended up parking on street but luckily not many bags to carry.

Location was good, not too close not too far from the beach. You can probably walk even with small children. Good size room for family but very outdated!

bathroom not clean enough, hair in the bathtub, uncomfortable bed, you can hear every step of the neighbor above, the door to the next room did not close properly, so the people next to us slammed their doors at night. the view outside the window is terrible.

The bedroom itself was incredibly dated, however this was not the problem. The bathroom was not up to standards with there being mould on the ceilings and the dispensers broken. It was incredibly noisy up until 22:30 due to there being live music. (The guy was great but sleep was needed!)

Location was the reason for the booking. It was where we needed to be and the price was good.

No wifi in private room. That’s totally fine but the problem is even mobile network is bad. Works everywhere but very poor in room. Why?

No internet in private room. That’s not a problem at all but not even monile network is working properly in room. It works everywhere else. Not sure why its not working there?

One of the lifts broke down while we were there so it was a struggle for my 93 year old mother, and a struggle carrying our bags downstairs when we checked out.

We liked that the hotel has parking and if full there is the road outside. Breakfast okay and we liked the bar meals in the evening.

No car parking spaces when we got there (I made sure I booked a hotel with car parking) had to park half a mile down the road and when your trying to get suitcases and bags plus a 6 year old and a 4 week old down the road into the hotel was difficult. Swimmimg pool- There wasn't a family changing room or anywhere to put the baby to help my son so I ended up in mens changing room with my partner so I could have helping getting him ready and partner holding the baby. People smoking cigarettes and weed just outside the main door when we arrived.

Room was clean and spacious Breakfast was good lots of different items to choose from staff very helpful.
