Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe ONLY thing would be parking, it's not easily accessible, you have to drive to a different zone to park and then walk to your apartment, I imagine for the elderly it would be a little difficult. There are parking scratchcards provided by the host, though! That's it! Would it stop me coming back? Nope.
Everything! Great location, clean, tidy, comfortable, and homely! Modern, up to date, cosy, and it had everything inside the apartment! It's close to amenities, 5 minute walk to the harbour and coast, if that! I'd 100% recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment! The decor was tasteful and the apartment was so comfortable, and included everything you could possibly need. It was like a home away from home! The location was so conveniently close to the harbour and all of the main attractions.

Bunny Burrow is in a great location. Just a short walk to the station and harbour. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need. The apartment was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived on a cold windy day and it was great to enter the apartment which was lovely and warm. Parking permit was a bonus too. The communication by the host was excellent.

United KingdomThe lack of parking is a slight issue due to my disability, luckily i managed to park quite close but had it being the summer this may have caused a problem and I may not have been able to walk from the car to the apartment. However, I was fully aware there was no parking when I booked the stay and should there not be any spaces close by, the apartment is so lovely it would be worth paying for parking.
The location was perfect due to being unable to walk far - everything is on the doorstep. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was extremely clean. Felt so welcome and at home. Home from home. Lovely place and will definately book again. Thank you.

What a gem! Fabulous location near to Whitby train station and the beach and shops. Easy access to the property via a drop box. The property was so clean , warm and comfortable and there were extra little touches like fresh milk and biscuits, tea and coffee left for us. A parking voucher was also available but we didn’t need it. Stayed for 2 nights but would have loved to stay all week! Extremely comfy double bed and sofa and chair in the lounge. It was even better than some 4&5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything you might need in the kitchen including dishwasher. Excellent communication from the host Pete throughout the visit. We will definitely be back . Many thanks Pete.

Bunny Burrow immediately felt comfortable and homely, decor is lovely and the host was exceptional. Very clean and bed & couches were incredibly comfortable, slept brilliantly. Location was perfect as well, very close and easy to get to the town centre, about 5 minutes walk but just far enough away to not get any hustle and bustle.
