Breakfast options were very limited. It was not free, so I expected some more options, especially vegetarian. Also, a couple of lights in the room were not working, making it difficult, as it's on a sharing basis..

Location & ambience were good. The beds were comfortable. Toilets clean.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The bathroom and toilet weren't spotless but were acceptable. The dorm was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hostel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the Old Town and city centre on foot.

Showers and toilets could be separate. That way they might stay cleaner and dryer longer.

The only thing about this hostel was the sharing toilets/bathrooms was a bit awks. Mixed bathrooms etc was confusing me and a bit complicated but to be fair this is the first hostel I've stayed in so may just be me! I didn't know if I went into a mixed toilet/shower room and as a lad if there was a girl in there wouldn't wanted to make her feel awkward? if that makes sense and the all lads toilets were all on different levels and floors.

Accommodation welcoming/safe atmosphere friendly staff and people. Central and near everything loads of bars near and shops were close, old and new town within walking distance. The bar and pub crawl fun and entertaining a great way to get to know new people who are all in the same position as you! Tried to put different things on throughout the week to keep people entertained overall very impressed. The Rooms were decent sizes big enough for what you need them for.

The breakfast was poor quality. When comparing to other continental breakfasts.

The whole layout of the hostel was amazing, and every aspect of the customer service was amazing, especially the bar staff. The pub crawl was led by very entertaining hosts also.

The hostel was really clean. My friend and I stayed in a 8 people dorm and we had a great sleep both nights. The room was really spacious and each bed had usb outlets. There were unisex and single sex bathrooms and a hairdryer available to use. The staff was also really friendly and the location was great, we could get anywhere just walking.

Bathrooms need more regular upkeep and they are extremely claustrophobic!

Great location! Staff managed to place me and my friends in a dorm together despite being over new years.

Bunks could have more privacy and the bathrooms are very claustrophobic and not very well maintained.

Rooms were decent size and the location is amazing! The staff are nice too. I'd stay again.

The kick ass that I was has no kitchen, so you have to walk to the other one if you need it. The annouce I saw made me expect easy access to the kitchen. Another detail was that the bathroom was really cold.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The place is in a good location and you almost do not need transport to the most important places.

We knew this when making the reservation but wanted to try it out for the first time. But the bathroom down the hall wasn’t convenient and an a lot different from what we are used to.

First time staying at a hostel. The staff was very courteous and helpful! Perfect place for travelers who don’t mind sharing bathroom facilities. The cafe was excellent as well!

It’s very risky for single women to stay there as last night around 11pm near our door 2-3guys were fully drunk and troubling a lady and forcing her also shouting too much because of that I dint sleep only it was very scary I complained with the receptionist today morning
