Mould in the shower gel dispenser that's supplied when I pushed it to get shower gel I got a puddle of mould water in my hand this was on day of check out when spoke to reception was just offered another room for a shower but was to late was already packed ext to leave

It's an old hotel with quite tired furniture and questionable cleaning practices... There were some strong smells of cleaning products (or something) throughout the entire hotel, and the room was very stuffy. Even with a window open I had the feeling that the air was not that safe to breathe. Long queues at the check-in process. Oh, and... there's no wifi in the room (unless you pay for it), but even my UK mobile data signal didn't work in the room, which was strange.

Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom wasn't draining too good. Also the room service only came right before and after my stay but not inbetween.

Very nice located right next to Canary Wharf. With very comfy amd clean rooms, though especially the bathrooms could use a little make over. Also a very great variety at the breakfast buffet.

Old-fashioned, not renovated at all. No daily cleaning service, but every 3 days. Paid extra for late checkout (at noon instead of 10 am), but on the checkout day someone from the staff was knocking at my door at 10.30 am since checkout was at 10 am… so complete lack of communication and organisation among hotel staff. The closest tube station (Canary Wharf) is still a good 10-12 minutes walk away. It used to be cheaper, which kinda made up for all the other uncomfortable things. But it has become pretty expensive nowadays, so honestly not sure it is still a good and convenient choice.

We paid for a window room that was just a view of the air conditioning units and concrete that was broke so couldn't open which means we paid for basically a room that had a window without the benefits of a window. Thanks to the outdated style the fire alarms are also old as they set off if bathroom steam congregates in the main room which we learned when the first night the alarms set off twice in the night scaring us and making me tired for my big trips in the morning. So if you stay and an alarm rings it's likely that if its turned off pretty quick.

This is a real no nonsense hotel it's quite outdated looking but being one of the cheapest hotels in London near a underground station it's nearly worth just living with it. When checking out you simply drop your key card in a mailbox at the desk and away you go.

The washrooms are very very old and not renovated at all the showers feel like they are so so old. The room service doesn't clean the room everyday. The furniture is old. The switch are far from bed.

Your system is not properly coordinated between staff members. Some guests has to be sent back to confirm if they are entitle to breakfast from the main counter. Details of services should be circulated between departments and your room number shoud inform them what services you have paid for. this will avoid arguments between staff and guests.

The room was a little bit smaller than expected. The location was in the basement with no Wifi. The cost of the Wifi was too high but the restaurant setting was good and its location is great. The staff are really trying but should be a little bit patient with some guests to avoid escalation of some unnecessary misunderstanding

Room was small and not refreshed while we were staying there , no where to hang towels to dry so haveing to use damp towels , ran out of toilet paper , bed was very hard , I will not stay here again
