It was very clean, and you could literally find everything as if you're home, especially the kitchen had everything from salt to what have you. I was really impressed.

One of the side lamps wasn't working but it didn't impact our stay. It would be nice to see more bathroom amneties but it's not necessary.

Lovely and comfortable stay. I really like the use of the app it's very innovative and all the instructions are on there and very clear. The bed was comfortable and the living space is spacious. It is close to the train station. I appreciate the amenities especially the milk.

The air con! Please change this, it blows cool air one end and HOT air out the other defeating the purpose. May be handy to keep an oscillating floor fan too. Also the bathroom sink and toilet take a while to drain.

Lovely clean apartment in a prime location. Apartment was stocked with essentials. Bars and restaurants downstairs. I would definitely stay again hopefully with a view of the square. Nonetheless our girls trip was fabulous at this apartment. Also Adam was very helpful and friendly , although cheeky lol but still found him helpful.

Apartment block and hallways were very hot. Complicated to find even with instructions. Could have had more crockery and glassware available.

Interaction with host was First Class. Kitchen facilities were great. Bed linen was spotless and of excellent quality. Instructions and guides for all appliances and services. Good central location.

Car parking needs to be more descriptive . Only once you have parked your car and you are in the apartment then it's easy to understand . Car parking directions need to be worked upon ...

Blinds in the bedroom didn't close all the light from outside.Noisy neighbors from the nearby restaurants/nite clubs

Apartment and apartment floor are very warm..the air coolers help but it can still feel uncomfortable

Good location, enough spices and cutlery available in the kitchen and very modern appliances. Check in process is very smooth and Comms by the apartment owner are clear and concise. Guide to the appliances also is very helpful for people staying in the flat.

The whole apartment block was sweltering, way too hot. It wasnt particularly hot outside either but inside the heat was unbearable, air con unit/fan didn't help at all

It’s really hot but they do provide you with a fan and AC.

Very homely, had everything you will need for your stay. Close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Host was really nice and took care of any issues we had.

1. Before and at arrival and not knowing 100% what to expect as it was our first visit. the alley for getting the key was very daunting and felt a very worrying and not to safe as building sites around and enclosed. 2. Tv unit damaged on top right front corner which was covered by your staff with vase, we only noticed as moved the vase slightly to put something on table. 3. Coffee table also has damaged leg. If sat on sofa it's the front left leg not conne get to table top it's just resting inplace. We only noticed as moved table closer to us. 4. Bathroom extractor fan in kitchen but wasn't any instructions for this.

Everything the apartment was so much more than we expected. The extra details like the dinner table being set up and all the teas and coffees and extras in draws like cling film etc. The instructions were so detailed and perfect even though there was alot it was easy to understand and follow. Contact with online staff (Adam) through portal was very prompt and helpful straight away.
