Very spacious and clean. You do not hear noise from the town. Towels provided I will always stay here now when I’m Peterborough. So much more easier with a family

Nothing there was genuinely nothing bad about this place.

It was a fantastic location, so close the shops and bars which was perfect. Easy to get to. Nothing was too much and everything was sorted so easily.

A window was on the catch and could not be closed, so was a little drafty, but an easy fix.

The location of the property and the security it offered was very good. The facilities provided were also good.

It was very hot and we couldn't work out how to turn down the towel rails.

Didn’t receive internet instructions said was on back if modem. Not there. Owner supposed to gave sent but email didn’t arrive. We had no phone and no wifi luckily the reception was open so we could sort out.

I had months in advance booked apartment 509 (on the top floor and with no camera outside). Few hours before check in time, I then received check in details for apartment 509 AND 310. I contacted the letting agency and was told it was a system error. It was not. I had booked 509 but the letting agency decided to put me in 310 (not the top floor AND with a camera outside the door which I SPECIFICALLY had been told 509 did not have). I later found out the guest in 509 had extended his stay (of course the letting agency denied that when I asked). So rather than moving the other guest, they decided to move me! This is the worst apartment in the building I have ever stayed in. EVERYTHING was broken. See below. I passed a repair list over to the letting agency but I doubt anything will be done about it. These were all old repairs which the cleaners and other guests would have brought to the letting agency’s attention already. There is a nightclub in front of the building. Loud music all night on the w/ends. The window does not open in the main bedroom. 2 single beds put together in both bedrooms. No rack to dry the clothes. Construction work in front of the building starts early in the mornings. The kids in the apartment upstairs were running up and down until 11:00 PM every day. Dirty pillows. No hot water in the main shower room. Only one bedside table lamp in the apartment. No hand soap. 3 hangers only in the entire apartment. * Broken door security chain * Broken towel hook * Broken window handles * Broken bin lid * Broken toilet roll holder * 4 broken dining room chairs * Broken shower door handle * Ripped duvet * Broken sofa bed * Broken bedside table * 4 lose headboards * Missing closet bar and one was broken

The location is great. A large clean apartment. Good WI-FI connection. The camera was removed outside the apartment after I complained about it. Staff tried to be professional but next time they should think twice about moving guests to apartments they did not book.

keys not in lock box, reception unaware where keys were as the apartment wasn't part of their collection. left luggage in secure area to go shopping. came back, nobody at reception, keys not in lock box, couldn't get hold of luggage as nobody to unlock door. reception lady came back 20 mins later stating she'd just nipped to the shop...not bothered but would be nice to have a note left on the window or something. phoned host who offered another lockbox code for another apartment, also empty with no keys. he told me he'd phone back after speaking with cleaner - she was still in apartment having just finished cleaning, this was around 6pm. host said we could check out anytime next day to apologise for mess up with the keys. also, was surprised to see there was no 'openable' window in the main bedroom, and no fan to compensate for this

location was spot on, couldn't have got a better apartment for a better price. right next to pubs and clubs and 2 minute walk to shopping centre

It was extremely hot we stayed on one of the hotest days there was no fan, no aircon nothing we hardly slept because it was so hot. The toilet was blocked on arrival in the en suite so we couldn’t use it. We had also been on having some day drinks locally and we came back at probably half 11ish and was watching telly when someone knocked on the door and said they had complaints of loud music when we was sat watching Netflix which we felt a little saddened by.
