Room wasn’t quite like the pictures displayed on the advertisement. Bed could be away from extension lead - as was right on top of mattress.

The hotel was in a very run down area of town. The room was extremely small either a double bed occupying the entire room. There was no hanging space for clothes and not even room to park suitcases. It was described as a budget small double and to be fair, was priced accordingly. The bed itself was not very firm so would only recommend for a one night stay.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety for the cooked breakfast and it was cooked to order. The service was prompt. The owner was friendly but very business like. The location was near to the central seafront. The room decor was nice.

The room was the smallest we had ever stayed in. You could just about move around the outside of the bed, but as it was described as a small double budget room we did not have grounds to complain. Fine for one night only but not 3. The bed was comfortable but not very firm. The worst thing was the WC which made a very loud noise flushing and macerating even before one had finished! This was very disturbing in the middle of the night!

The breakfast food and service we’re excellent. The guest house is near the seafront but in a very run down area of town. The decor in the room and dining room was very nice.

Room was far too small, outdated. Ironing board broken & fell apart/ burnt iron. Quite noisy, banging around & kids screeching.

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff/ owner went above and beyond.

Room not as advertised. I booked a double room but think this should be a budget double, bed very small more like a 3/4, simple things that need fixing like toilet seat not the right shape for the toilet, toilet paper holder hanging off, shower need regrouting, toilet flush needs repairing, just some general tlc.

Great central location, good value for money, breakfast cooked to order and very good, good choice of continental breakfast as well, juice and coffee. Comfy mattress, clean bedding and towels. No parking at the property but plenty close by and not too expensive. Nice touch to have bottled and snacks in the room.

Room was very cosy for a double room and not much space to store belongings.En suite snug and sink tiny so difficult to brush teeth.Didnt really look like photos on website.Overall we got what we paid for which was a reasonably priced overnight stay.If i booked again i would go for the deluxe double room which would probably be more like a regular double room
