Some finishing touches, snags in properties decoration, just let the property down, not all TV’s have all regular channels, property would benefit from some kind of ‘ home manual ‘ of what & how things work.

Spacious, great location, lots to love about the property, hot tub is great & pool table a nice addition with good potential for this property to be exceptional with just a few changes, the option for food in the hotel is great for flexibility, all bedrooms ensuite is very useful, and the ‘cinema style room’ was great when weather was poor, close to local market town of Louth, the property has a good size gardens with lots of outside seating.

The lodges are broadly described as having WiFi when in fact they don’t. The description of internet access actually refers to it being available in the main hotel complex areas. Be mindful of this if you plan to do any online work during your stay.

Well furnished, comfortable lodge. All mod cons and a great hot tub on the decking area. Nice location, not exactly walking distance to Louth town centre but it’s relatively peaceful and situated in pleasant surroundings. Good bar and restaurant facilities on site.

Although it was very clean and modern, and the kitchen fully functional, the lodge itself lacked in any comfort. There were no bedside lamps for instance however the photos on the website showed them having those. Especially when having little children. The lodge itself was in a location facing others and that was a bit off putting however it was still quite private with the privacy glass on the decking covering the hot tub.

Lovely quiet location, spotlessly clean lodge and the hot tub was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being dog friendly really was an excellent plus.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It was set in a lovely area which was peaceful and the restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which lead to a lovely break away.

A member of staff on reception really lets you down. Not professional. Apart from that, everything else was great it just left an impact on holiday.

Lovely lodges, due to an issue we stayed in 2 lodges. Booth clean and well equipped Staff responded to the issue we had very quickly and and it was remedied asap. Will be beautiful when more mature greenery is established

Bathroom had a bad smell, assume this may be due to the waste systems but we had to keep the bathroom door closed as well as the door to the living area closed. We only used the en-suite bathroom so really not sure what the smell was or where it was coming from. Property provided coffee and sugar and milk for your morning coffee, would suggest 1 or 2 bottles of water being available also. We wasn’t prepared enough and forgot to buy water before settling for the evening, the tap water isn’t pleasant to drink.

Peaceful location, out of the way but close enough to local attractions. Close to petrol stations, supermarkets and food outlets. The food from the restaurant was fantastic. We didn’t dine in and took the food away back to our lodge, the food remained hot and tasty. Perfect portions sizes and great value for money. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and a cosy setting.

The only thing missing was the wildlife, which once they realise there's a lake there I'm sure they will visit!

Great location. 5 minutes from Louth. 20 minutes from Cleethorpes. Quiet and cozy. Takeaways available from the hotel if you don't want to venture out. Spotless, full size fridge and freezer. A great home from home.

Hot tub not at full heat when we arrived took all night to get warm.

Lovely nice clean lodge, lake is quite new and needs some foliage around. But hot tub was nice.
