The room was so nice, well decorated, able to use the TV, plenty of room to get ready. Able to walk to the locations we needed and the owners were very helpful with all my queries.

Parking space was a bit hard to find, but I found it. Since there are only 5 spaces available, you need to reserve it. The carpet in the room was a bit damp/wet when I arrived. You wouldn’t notice if you wear the slippers that are available. The shower gel is watered down. It’s like a small tube of shower gel, but when I opened it, all the “liquid” came pouring since it’s not a gel anymore. In the end, I showered with the soap bar. There is no hairdryer available.

The atmosphere of the room is very comfy and chic. Room is pretty small but has everything. Tea, coffee is available. I like that there’s small complimentary snacks available for the coffee. Free parking is nice.

The room was clean, comfortable and had great amenities including smart tv and tea,coffee and robes. Codes and location of key for self check in was provided with clear instructions. Location was walking distance to main area of town. Private parking for the accommodation is found at the rear of the accommodation which was great.

Lots of effort made to make it homely. Probably an oversight but the dressing gowns did not smell good. Bit disappointed not to have a coffee machine but kettle provided.

The location was super. Liked that there was a pretty outside space for the smoker. The decor was stylish. Beds comfy and linen plentiful.

The building it's self isn't very sound proof, you can hear everyone in each room - chatting, watching tv, cooking etc. If you want a little space and privacy it is probably not ideal.

The room and location was excellent - really lovely stay and a short walk from the beach. The owners were very friendly and a lot of consideration for a nice trip, little touches like water bottle by the bed and welcome notes. It was really good value for money and we will happily return.

Traffic noise was a bit annoying but can't be helped as near main road and we had window open as it was a hot day. The room we had could have done with one or 2 less pieces of furniture as was a bit small.

Room wasn't ready until 415, then had to ask for bin liners in the kitchen bins and for towels for 3 but these were bought to us straight away as cleaners were still there Fridge and freezer didn't look like they'd been wiped out. It's hot up on the top floor a fan would have helped. The area is fairly noisy at night.

Pretty clean , lovely furnishings, comfortable bed and nice decor. Good facilities in the kitchen with nice touches like water and tea coffee. A nice tidy building set to a good standard nice tidy space for a short stay. Good communication with arrival info.

We were a group of 4 so used the pull out sofa and chair, they were not very comfortable to sleep on, would suggest a decent pull out sofa bed. That is the only fault, everything else was great.

The room is very clean and comfortable , very suitable for family. in fact, one of the few places in Eastbourne to provide more space and kitchen for family with little toddler. The manager heard our request of the private car park and sort it immediately. Many thanks

The room.was very small.for. the price we paid. It would have been nice to have a fan as it was quite warm. Although we were able to get park and check I feel the check in and out time 4pm and 10am could be adjusted to 3pm to 11am .
