Came for the weekend to celebrate my bf’s birthday. We stayed in 105 and it was really comfortable and we have definitely enjoyed our stay. If we are ever down this way again we will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that would stop us from staying again was really the location and the poor area . Although it is very close to town and the seafront the actual street is not great and we struggled to park, and worried if the car would be safe there. The only other downside was other people staying in the building, were in and out slamming the main front door and that is right next to the bedroom, this was during the night and again very early hours of the morning.

This is a lovely little place for an overnight stay. We stayed for one night and couldn’t fault a thing. This little place is very tastefully done, with everything you could need. The furnishings are all good quality.

Needed more normal teabags as only enough for one cup each minor issue though and also for such a lovely room silly not to just touch up the missing paint on the wall above the window

Great, easy remote check-in. Responsive owners. Located near the beach and plenty of parking. My room was perfect size for me, sweet little kitchenette and small but perfectly formed shower room. Very comfy bed and lovely pillows.

The hosts were amazing. I told them that we were renting as a we were getting married on that weekend and they went beyond to make us feel extra special. The apartment is very modern, all facilities you may need: from toiletries, robes and slippers to oil and salt an pepper, if you feel like cooking. The whole apartment was really well equipped and we loved our stay! Amazing location too!

Everything, it was beautifully decorated, and the little touches were appreciated. The cocktail making was great fun and very tasty. We arrived at the wrong property, and the owners kindly dropped us at the correct property. Our stay was so good we stayed an extra night. Thank you, Ann-Marie and Tom. We will be back.

Parking a little tricky although cars are coming and going all the time.

We had a lovely overnight stay. Very simple process checking in with key code. Beautifully decorated property and room. Very comfy bed and pillows, also nice and clean. . Lovely touches like a welcome Mocktail for us to make with a instructions on a mini chalk board. Good location as only a short walk to the seafront and Pier.

Was a little weary at first since it's located on a random street but soon as you enter it's like you walked into a completely different place.

Amazing room and was extremely comfortable to stay the night, The facilities and room were extremely clean. Had great fun with my partner attempting to make mojitos using the guide provided in the room (Although we've never made them before) Overall though a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was also great and the owners were great and attentive.

Clean and beautifully decorated, no expense spared. They gave you everything from towels to slippers and robes plus complimentary cocktail.

- cleanliness could be improved - basics like toilet paper were missing - the pictures look better than how it really is - cheap furnitures/materials We stayed there for an hour and didn’t feel comfortable as the next door guest was so loud.

- close to the beach and the city center - nice to have a fully equipped kitchen for that price

Room was very small and claustrophobic, one couldn't even walk around the bed which was against a wall on one side. I called the number provided and enquired about the room being not the same that I saw in the pictures when I made the booking and I was told that the pictures do not represent the exact room one is booking. I find this misleading as I could have booked somewhere else, a more spacious apartment, if I had known that. Shower room was not cleaned properly, a sticky, yellowish substance was on the floor. No bathrobes or slippers were provided, contrary to what was stated in the description of the accommodation. Street parking was not possible, even trying at different times of days/evening. I would not stay here again.

I booked my room not knowing which was booked as only states type of room ie. Deluxe or Deluxe studio. I then messaged to asked which one was quietest, as really need a quiet room. I was told the pent house is quietest and rest assured they will make sure I have a quiet room. I wasn’t told I need to change my booking so I took that as my allocated room would be quietest. Bearing in mind I also offered to pay more. However, I was given the ground floor room which is right next to the front door. Literally the headboard of the bed is separated by a thin wall to the front hallway, inches away from the door. So every time someone came in or out the banging was very loud along with the talking. There was also the noise from upstairs, you can hear conversations, and walking around plus every time they used a tap or flushed the toilet, the water runs noisily through the pipes. Also, there was a long hair in bathroom that was left from previous people. I contacted the owners straight away to see if another room available, which unfortunately there wasn’t, so I ended up booking elsewhere and leaving the property within an hour. I advised owners this was the case and that the room was now vacant. I may sound like one of those moaners that like to complain about everything, but this is my first ever complaint from booking.com (or other booking site). I was just so disappointed as my weekends away are for respite as I’m a full time carer. I would happily have paid extra for whichever room if only they’d advised me I needed to amend my booking and said which one I needed to pick. I have given the owners since Friday night to comment about a refund but they have just offered 20% off my next stay, which I won’t be taking them up on. Regarding hygiene, other than the hair, the rest of the property was clean and if you don’t mind mouse, then perhaps the property would be okay for you. Just not if you want peace!

There was no welcome cocktail as the other guests had. It was very noisy that people were walking pass all the time, especially on Friday night. Could hear the noise from the fridge at night cause the bed was so close to it. The table was dusty and I cleaned it for putting some of my stuff there. The kitchen counter and glasses were unclean. The heating didn’t work well, so the staff offered a fan heater. The black towels….

I stayed in room 104(first floor) for four nights and 102(with a backyard) for a night. Checkin with key code was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Liked the coffee capsules. The staff helped me with my luggage before check in.

It is a very compact unit best suited to a couple or single person, less so a father/ daughter combination as it offers a modest sofa and limited floor space. Of most concern to us was the lack of soundproofing against noise from the upstairs unit in which a couple were evidently sparring. The proprietor answered e-mails ahead of the trip but didn't respond to concerns raised during our visit which was disappointing.

The maisonette is situated conveniently near the railway station and shops and a short distance from the beach. The proprietor generously offered a selection of goodies and a cocktail mix which was well received. It is fairly new and everything worked although no microwave was available and we couldn't find an iron.

Dirty tissue and used vape in the room very dusty our room was 101 on bottom floor it was very noisy as people was always walking past. Also no where to park and not a nice area!

When we walked in the room we thought wow… but after being in the room a few minutes we found a vape and dirty tissue also the table was very dusty
